啟動新客戶（及其團隊）熟悉 Nobel Biocare 植體解決方案 1) 在整個術前至術後期間提供護理和協助 NB 植牙手術方案，以及加深對NB系統手術方案的理解 2) 根據客戶及其團隊需求提供一對一的護理師培訓，包括： ・ 植牙護理師的角色 ・ 無菌和交叉感染控制 ・ 手術協助 ・ 術後指導與護理 ・ 手術後清潔消毒 ・ 庫存控制、分配與監控 ・ 設備儀器的熟悉與保養 ・ 向病人傳達植牙治療的不同步驟 ・ 有效管理 Nobel Biocare 庫存，包括訂購和換貨程序 3) 協助行銷材料的庫存和庫存管理，例如小冊子、訓練套件、贈品等 4) 協助培訓/行銷活動設置和材料準備 5) 協助行銷行政工作（如分配） 6) 會議、展覽等特殊任務的支援

支援香港和台灣的會計工作 • 確保所有日記帳和數據輸入均已正確記錄並過帳到 SAP 中，包括供應商和承包商的發票（含增值稅額） • 員工報銷費用的數據和日記帳過帳 • 按費用項目分類增值稅類別，以處理所有報銷單和供應商發票 • 檔案歸檔 • 支付款項核對 • 準備每月付款 • 其他臨時會計和行政職責 關鍵知識：  擁有財務或會計學士學位  良好的演講、溝通和人際交往能力 關鍵技能：  優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力及人際交往能力  良好的分析能力和對細節的關注  中級到高級的電腦技能  能夠識別客戶需求並解決問題 關鍵經驗：  擁有會計實習經驗的應屆畢業生  至少有2年的會計工作經驗 • 有故障排除經驗 職位必需的能力：  建立客戶忠誠度和客戶關注  持續學習銷售和技術技能  擴展商業價值  規劃和組織 關鍵成功因素和主要挑戰：  創建增值概念，提供建設性的意見和高質量的服務支持  能夠建立客戶關係 •Support Hong Kong & Taiwan Accounting • •Ensure all journal and data entries are properly entered and posted into SAP for all vendors and suppliers’ invoices, including VAT amounts. •Data and journal posting of employee expense claims •Classification of VAT categories by expense line items for all expense claims and suppliers’ invoices •Filing documents •Checking of payment •Prepare monthly payments •Ad hoc other accounting and admin duties Critical Knowledge: • Bachelor degree of Finance or Accounting of university graduate   • Good presentation, communication and people skill Critical Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical skills and attention to details • Intermediate to advanced computer skills • Ability to identify customer's need and solve problem Critical Experience: • Fresh graduate with accounting internship experience • A minimum of 2 year on accounting • Experience in troubleshooting Competencies – Essential for the role • Building Customer Loyalty & Customer Focus • Continuous Learning on Sales & Technical Skills • Broadening Business Value • Planning and Organizing Critical Success Factors and key challenges • Create value added concept, provide constructive opinion and quality service support in most of time • Able to build up customer relationship
