執行大型公共工程建築專案之帷幕牆及屋面等監造工作。 主要工作內容： 1.審查承包商提交的施工圖說、計算書、材料和相關技術文件（包含有檢驗和測試報 告等），確保符合規範和合約設計要求。 2.監督設計驗證測試，陪同建築師進行視覺類比審查並提供與設計有關的安裝技術支援。 3.日常管理與協調所有與建築帷幕及屋面有關的施工設計審查工作。 4.監造文件及公文管理並提交工作進度報告。 5.針對現場異常狀況進行判斷及報告。 6.根據施工合約、圖紙、規範和品質計畫執行監造工作並紀錄整理檢查報告。 7.準備監造報告和執行現場進度監控。 8.監督和跟蹤現場缺陷問題，已使能在規定時間內進行糾正改善。 9.檢查相關的安全措施的配置是否符合施工安衛計畫和施工圖說的要求。 經驗和資歷要求。 1.具建築或土木相關科系大專以上學歷畢業。 2.具建築工程5年監造實務經驗。 3.具建築帷幕牆或屋面監造實務經驗者佳。 4.品管人員甲級

-根據批准的施工圖說、計算書、材料及相關技術送審文件，對廠商的現場和非現場生產進 行日常品管監督，以確保符合專案規範和合同設計要求 -詳細審查相關的施工計畫、安衛和品管措施 -審核和見證生產測試，檢查廠商的品管保證體系，對現場安裝提供技術支持 -解決因應現場條件或與現場其他標案的界面而產生的設計問題。提供清晰的記錄，對RFI 進行答复，並準備現場檢查報告 -領導現場監理團隊，對所有與帷幕屋頂有關的現場監理工作進行管理與協調 -積極主動地與業主團隊、顧問團隊和其他現場工程師進行溝通協調 -對所有與施工相關的收發文件進行清晰的記錄，並向團隊負責人和技術主管定期提交進度 報告 -對所有監督、審查和見證的現場施工生产和測試進行有條理的和準確、清晰的記錄 -針對現場異常狀況進行判斷及報告 -確保奧雅納的標準理念得到實踐，並在現場公平有效地彰顯和呈現 -負責現場品管監督事務 -確保聯合承攬團隊內部誠信和廉潔的高標準 •Day to day quality supervision of contractor's on-site and off-site productions in accordance with approved engineering drawings, calculations, materials, and relevant technical submissions, for compliance with specification and contractual design requirements. •Detailed review on method statements, safety measures, and quality control procedures in relation to productions. •Audit-witness production tests, check quality assurance system implied by the contractors, provide technical supports at installation in relation with design. •Resolve design issues due to site conditions or interfaces with other works on site. Provide clear records, replies to RFI and prepare draft SI. •Leading a team of local engineer and provide day to day management/coordination of all site supervision activities in relation with building envelope. •Regular liaison with the client's representatives, consultant teams, and other site engineers as required. •Keep clear records on all information received in relation with production, and prepare general progress reports to discipline leader. •Keep clear records on all production works and testing supervised, commented, and witnessed. •Identify and report any changes (variations). -Ensuring Arup's best practices are implemented, and fairly and effectively represented on site. -Responsible for site quality control tasks. -Ensure the highest standards of integrity and probity within the consortium team

- 施工現場品質監控，確保施工過程符合設計圖紙和規範要求 - 材料取樣檢試驗，包括於海外生產加工廠的取樣檢測，以及進場材料和設備的抽查， 確保其品質符合設計標準要求 - 審查廠商品質計畫執行，並確保各項品質管理措施落實到位 - 發現並解決施工過程中的質量問題，並進行完整記錄和及時且準確報告 - Quality control at the construction site to ensure the construction process meets design drawings and specification requirements. - Sampling and testing of materials, including sampling inspections at overseas poduction plants and spot checks of incoming materials and equipment, to ensure their quality meets design standards. - Reviewing the implementation of the manufacturer’s quality plan and ensuring that all quality management measures are in place. - Identifying and resolving quality issues during the construction process, with complete documentation and timely, accurate reporting.
