The Associate Creative Director will co-work with the creative team in developing and executing innovative concepts and campaigns that align with the company’s brand and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to inspire the team and deliver high-quality creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
o Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
o Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
2. Creative Strategy and Vision:
o Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.
o Oversee the conceptual development of creative projects, ensuring they meet strategic goals and brand guidelines.
o Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the creative process.
3. Project Management:
o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
o Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
o Review and approve all creative work before it is presented to clients or stakeholders.
4. Client and Stakeholder Relations:
o Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and stakeholders, articulating the vision and strategy behind them.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the creative output.
o Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to creative projects.
5. Brand Development:
o Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all creative outputs.
o Develop and maintain brand guidelines to be used across various platforms and channels.
o Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media and platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
