Job Description Summary: Performs document control, translations of English to Chinese or Chinese to English, and doc. records management on behalf of project user groups. Includes maintenance and delivery of records/data management services and systems, which may include: maintenance of files, archiving, and management of repositories. An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision given from project manager or SYL leaders. Mission: • Documents Analysis and records on assigned Sang-Ying Line Project, • Documents Translations of English to Chinese, and Chinese to English of Sang-Ying project documents, • Supporting project activities make project success. Accountabilities: • Ensure analysis and records of Project documents and Contract administration (providing analysis, keeping records). • Ensure the preparation of Letters or reporting for the Project. • Translations of English to Chinese or Chinese to English of project documents. • Ensure the management of Project document control in the project share point. • Ensure Work in progress and accounts/expenses payable reporting and analysis. Skills and Knowledge: • English Speak, Write, Read and Listen above the average level, • Chinese speaking is Good level, • Microsoft office, Word, Excel: excellent level. • Railway/Metro working experiences of signaling/Rolling Stock is a plus. Competencies: • Value Creation • Market and Customer Orientation • Excellence in Achieving Assigned Objectives, time management • Business Awareness, and Collaboration; Performance Criteria, such as, Achievement of the objectives of the specific activities assigned. Associate Traffic Control Officer (1年期 合約)

Responsibilities • Oversee the safe implementation of Construction and Testing activities. • Onsite daily coordination between construction and testing parties • Able to work varying roster patterns (i.e. Day / Night shifts). • Ensure that the Train Drivers and OCC Operators have received the Temporary Operation training and instructions prior to any works. • Ensure that the Train Drivers and OCC Operators are: • Competent and Certified for the tasks given, • Fit for work • Establish a roster pattern for Train Drivers and OCC Operators to manage fatigue over the varying operation shifts • For the manual movements provide to the train driver detail instructions of the train movement(s) to be performed including train speed and stop point, before issuing the ‘start movement’ command • Collect the daily activity program and instructions from the Permit to Work Officer to prepare the dynamic tests, • Support the Senior TCO to manage the traffic for all types of Rail Vehicle in zones controlled by Temporary Operation Organization • Issue the Train Mission Order to the test Train Drivers, record which driver is on which train and the method of communication with the driver (e.g. TETRA Radio number, mobile phone number) • Coordinate with the Permit to Work Office for all the track access requests • Ensure that OCC/Train Driver communications are recorded • Capable of understanding and implementing the associated controls to request the OCC Operator to energize or de-energize the Traction Power Supply upon request from the Train Driver for test, investigation or repair activities on track. • Coordinate with the trackside personal to ensure that the tracks are clear of personnel and that the manual operation of points match the necessary turnout configuration to allow for the successful and safe execution of train movement (s) Experience: • Electrical, Electronic, Computer Engineering or Information Technology • Technology Qualifications/ Diploma or University Degree • Technical Background – 1 year at least Skills/Attributes: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin • Good written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite Applications (i.e. Excel, Word) • Good planning and organizational skills • Driver’s license

Projects: · Metro/Railway projects and bids · Support on other projects on request Responsibilities: · Ensure execution of the RAM activities throughout Projects, Bids and products lifecycle, in accordance with Hitachi Rail process and guidelines · Establish Projects and Products RAM Programme · Support and Plan RAM activities · Manage RAM activities and budget forecast · Provide feedback to project/product design team since the early phases of the project/product lifecycle · Perform Failure Mode and Effects Criticality Analysis · Reliability modeling techniques, RBDs, FTA, Markov Chains, Petri-Nets etc. · Life Cycle Cost analysis · Products reliability predictions according to International Standards IEC 61709:2017, MIL-HDBK 217F, FIDES etc. · Ensure RAM parameters performance demonstration in operation · Application of FRACAS process · Ensure that suppliers are provided with appropriate RAM requirements · Manage internal and external interfaces with other departments, suppliers, partners and clients · Ensure development, improvement and implementation of RAM standard processes. Required skills: · From 2 up to 10 years of experience in RAMS · Knowlede of Internation Standards applicable to Railway domain e.g. EN 50126 · Background in Reliability Engineering in products/system for industry (Railway, Aerospace, …) · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software · Knowledge of Isograph Rliability Workbench Tool or equivalent Education / Qualifications: · Engineering Degree or Equivalent Technical Background Languages: · English (spoken and written) proficiency
