We are looking for a talented Sr. Sales Account Manager to join our BNSM Taiwan Sales team to introduce and establish X-ray metrology technology for the semiconductor industry. As an important member of Bruker Taiwan Semiconductor Division Sales Team, the Sr. Sales Account Manager will manage and lead all sales activities for the strategic accounts and other regional accounts in Taiwan. Preferably based in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The  Sr. SAles Account Manager will work closely with new and existing customers to address their AAFM, X-ray and Mask Repair needs.  Bruker AAFM, X-ray and Mask Repair products are used in a wide range of applications within the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world.  Their reputations and success depend on our passion for solving their most complex measurement and monitoring problems.  This individual must be a proven semiconductor equipment sales executive with demonstrated experience in exceeding quota and leading account penetration activities while selling complex solutions to engineering, manufacturing, and development teams. Essential Functions: >> Develop account strategies for promotion and sale of AAFM, X-ray and Mask Repair equipment within assigned business territory. >> Meet or exceed all quarterly objectives for assigned accounts & territories >> Develop and maintain effective relationships with the customer at all levels of buying influence. Continually manage communication with the customer to further strengthen the relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. >> Develop key relationships (at all appropriate levels) within strategic accounts.  Profile, call-on, and develop relationships with key executives (Directors, VPs, etc.) >> Provide accurate and timely forecasts along with the ability to maintain a significant opportunity pipeline to assure success and on-going sales growth at the key account(s). >> Develop detailed knowledge of the customers within the territory. >> Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans for short- and long-term objectives >> Evaluate and champion emerging and strategic accounts for Bruker Semiconductor Div. >> Assure the highest level of customer engagement and support from Bruker Semiconductor resources in sales, field applications engineering, marketing, inside sales, customer service, etc. >> Coordinate with product marketing on the development of short-term and long-term sales strategies, product introductions, new products and features, etc. >> Plan & execute annual Technology Roadmap Meetings (TRM) at our key accounts to include customer executives as well as Bruker executives.    Additional Responsibilities: >> Establish and manage relationships with cross functional departments within Bruker Semiconductor Div. for product fulfillment, customer service, pricing, etc. >> Provide timely information on competitive activities within the region and overall marketplace >> Oversee the regional weekly sales reporting processes and present information to the Sales Director >> Use SalesForce.com as a sales tracking and forecasting tool >> Travel requirements are approximately 30-50% of the work time.

The Sr. Service Engineer will be based in Taipei, but have to travel to customer locations within the Taiwan to service or maintain customer X-ray Equipment and associated devices, or oversea travel for Specialized Training. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Customer phone assistance for preliminary troubleshooting and diagnostics. • Perform Customer training on the alignment and use of their X-ray Equipment. • Complete installations of X-ray equipment include accessories and the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of same. • Complete and submit a weekly report to the service manager of all customer problems. • Complete and submit Service Reports using Bruker ServiceMAX on all service work performed. • Maintain and update Customer Profiles as changes occur to customer equipment. • Complete and submit monthly expense reports to the service manager. • Ability to work in a clean room environment. • International travel to Bruker factories in Germany required to learn new techniques and service methods associated with Bruker systems. • Able to complete various trainings within the scope of job requirements. • Adhere to all defined procedural guidelines for Bruker. • Ensure that overall customer satisfaction in the territory is maintained at the highest level possible, by responding to customer inquiries, needs, and/or complaints promptly and courteously. • Schedule and complete ServiceMAX assigned service jobs in a timely fashion, including performance validations using company certified procedures; problem diagnosis and on-site system repair; align, repair, replace, check circuitry as required; reassemble and calibrate instruments and equipment. • Enter and maintain accurate information about territory customers in the Service MAX databases. • As required by the TW Service Manager, provide dedicated for the Service Hotline by responding to customer support emails and phone calls in a timely fashion during non-travel office days. • Provide technical assistance to local Sales Manager for new product sales by means of customer visits, participation in product demonstrations, and other commercial activities. The Service Supervisor position within the service organization is a role of Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology "BNSM" division. You will be responsible for: >> leading BNSM service team including coordinating install/service-related activities, managing factory escalations and coaching team members; >> customer direct post-sale service support including installation, user training, instrument diagnostics/fix, and post-sale applications support. As a senior member of local service team, you will be responsible for delivering world class service to meet local customer and business requirements and share responsibility and accountability for the success of the company, while meeting technical and financial performance targets. You must be customer focused with a strong technical background enabling our customers to maintain their instrument at peak performance and maximize productivity for their intended use case.
