Job Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of MPS Taipei Office. Duties may include performing reception tasks, corporate event coordination, and other organizational duties. Essential Functions: • General reception duties including handling incoming telephone enquiries, greeting visitors in a professional manner, assisting in meeting room booking and issuing visitor badges. • Responsible for distribution of incoming mails, managing outgoing mails, organizing bulk mailing and courier service. • Office supplies coordination and inventory control. • Support Management on administrative tasks or other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor degree preferred. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook applications • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Mature in manner, with an excellent telephone manner and ability to represent MPS in the most positive light. • Being pro-active in identifying areas for improvement. • Ability to effectively multi-task projects with attention to detail. • Can maintain highly confidential information . Job Summary: This position's responsibilities include promoting MPS's products and solutions and interacting directly with memory/storage/type-C PD customers and reference design customers in Taiwan. Essential to success in this job is a keen ability to build relationship with customers, develop new reference design accounts and new potential business customers. Essential Functions: • To develop the business opportunities within key reference design accounts. Coordinate with MPS internal teams to design in new reference designs into the key accounts. • Establish and maintain the relationships with the customers and reference design accounts, manage the relevant distribution resources to support the business. • Keep on track market trend and deliver market survey reports. Propose new product ideas based on market trend and customer need. • Work with FAE and AE teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints. • Coordinate with CSR and distribution channel partners to ensure product delivery dates align with expectations of the customer & provide accurate sales/demand forecasts. Qualifications: • 4 years sales or marketing experience, worked power IC or SoC companies is preferred. • Bachelor or higher degree is preferred. • Good skill for product promotion, design in, customer relationship building, and market research. • Preferred experience in sales marketing for the markets of memory, storage, or type-C PD. Good to have experience in sales marketing for general purpose DCDC power IC. • Basic technical capability to understand power IC operation and application circuit characteristic. Basic knowledge in electronics. Good to have power electronics knowledge, including DC/DC converter, AC/DC converter, and power devices. • Good local language and confident in English writing, presentation and communication skills. • Team work player and willing to travel domestically.

Job Summary: The Staff Physical Digital Design Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of physical design and implementation. In this role, you will participate in the efforts of establishing physical design methodologies and flow automation. The candidate will work on the digital design implementation, and verification of mixed-signal ICs utilizing standard EDA tools. Products to be designed/verified include power management and mixed signal functions. Products: switching regulators, sensors, motor control, display drivers, audio amplifiers and power management ICs for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital camera, automobile and network equipment. Essential Functions: • Responsible for physical design, development, & verification of digital / mixed-signal IC's • Chip & block floorplan/implementation, power/clock distribution, chip assembly, P&R, STA, & LVS/DRC to closure • Work closely with digital/analog design team for physical implementation and custom analog blocks/interface/IP's • Help build an automated environment for RTL-to-PNR using high level languages and devops-like services Qualifications: • MS/BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. • 8-10 years or above experience of Physical Digital Design experience. • Strong knowledge of ASIC development process and digital design techniques. • Strong technical abilities & understanding in these areas: 1. Synthesis, LEC, CTS, DFT, RC Extraction, and STA closure across multiple process corners. 2. Multi-power domain, signal integrity, & power/IR drop analysis. 3. Expertise in both hand-written and tool-driven functional/timing ECO. 4. Physical Design Verification methodology to debug LVS/DRC issues at chip/block level. 5. Industry physical tools: Cadence (preferred) or Synopsys. • Experience with the following is desired: 1. Knowledge of power management industry/applications 2. I/F: I2C, I3C, SPI, USB, PMBUS, etc 3. Advanced DFT techniques: LBIST, Delay Fault, SCAN Compression, MBIST etc. 4. Project leader and cross team communications experience is a plus. • Good written/verbal communication English skills and strong teamwork collaboration • Ability to lead project, optimize the implementation, and execute tasks to hit milestones with quality. • Experience with programming, scripting and automation languages like Perl/Python/TCL/Unix
