我們正在尋找一位Socket Board Technician 技術員，他/她在PCBA調試、製造/功能測試方面有技術經驗 。他/她將支持產品生命周期中的各個階段，從新產品介紹（NPI）到生產發布，以及後續解決測試工具問題 。 We are looking for a Socket Board Technician who has technical experience in PCBA debug, manufacturing/functional testing. He/she will support the product throughout the lifecycle of the product from NPI (new product introduction) to production release and later for resolving testing tool issue. 工作内容： • 密切監控新產品介紹進度，準備測試工具所需的硬件和軟件 。 • 為新產品建立和管理測試工具 。 • 以書面和口頭形式順暢溝通，並及時回應内部和外部客户關於測試工具（包括硬件和 軟件）的查詢 。 • 調試以内部和外部客户處返回的測試工具，並及時進行修復 。 • 創建包括但不限於SOP、檢查表、修復記錄等文檔 。 • 維護測試工具和設備的庫存，確保其處於良好的功能狀態並經過校準 。 Job Description: • Closely monitor the new product introduction schedule to prepare the required hardware and software for test tools. • Bring up and manage test tools for new products. • Smoothly communicate in written and oral and timely response to internal and external customers on queries about the test tools including hardware and software. • Debug test tools returned from internal and external customers and perform repair actions in time. • Create documentation including but not limited to SOP, Checklist, Repair records, etc. • Maintain an inventory of test tools and equipment in good functional condition and calibrated. 需要條件: • 5年以上產品/測試/應用/質量工程（或同等經驗）方面的實際操作經驗 。 • 電氣或計算機工程學士或碩士學位（或同等經驗）。 • 具有PCBA故障分析和調試經驗 。 • 接觸過數字設計、電路分析、原理圖審理、統計分析、固件、驅動程序和診斷軟件應 用。 • 熟悉使用實驗室工具（插座板、示波器、萬用表、曲線追踪器等）。 • 出色的問題解决、協作和人際交往能力 。 • 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力。 • 自我激勵，能夠高效地跨不同功能團隊工作 。 • 熟悉一般Linux命令 。 • 熟悉使用Python編輯測試腳本 。 • 良好的焊接鐵和BGA拆焊及球化技能 。 Job Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product/Testing/Application/Quality Engineering (or equivalent experience) • BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience). • Experienced in PCBA failure analysis and debug. • Exposure to digital design, circuit analysis, schematic review, statistical analysis, firmware, drivers, and diagnostic software applications. • Comfortable with the use of lab tools (socket board, oscilloscopes, mustimeters, curve trace, etc.) • Outstanding problem-solving, collaborative, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently across different functional teams. • Familiar with general Linux commands • Familiar with using Python to edit test script • Good soldering iron and BGA desoldering and balling skills

Job description： - Follow Technician instruction and SOP to conduct RMA testing on dedicated test station - Follow Technician instruction and SOP to conduct Visual inspection for RMA units and record defective component and location - Data entry and collect sorting data and test logfile - Handle Relabeling and repackaging - 遵照助理工程師的要求及公司電性量測的規範在適當的測試平台進行RMA測試 - 遵照助理工程師的要求及公司目檢的規範適當的檢查RMA的模組並記錄外觀缺陷及損傷的元件 - 資料輸入到資料庫和收集完畢的測試文件 - 處理重新印制標籤和重新包裝RMA板子

工作內容： • 對Data center/GPU/CPU chipset進行簡易故障分析 • re-balling晶片並使用CSAM分析 • 操作或學習使用ATE和SLT測試設備 • 資料收集以及統整 • 測試報告撰寫 • 工作時間正常，不常需要加班，若遇加班情況提供加班費。 Job Description: • Conducting failure analysis on Data Center/GPU/Application Processor chipset • Performing CSAM and re-ball on GPUs • Learn to perform testing on ATE and SLT • Data entry and collection • Writing reports • Regular working hours and rarely needs overtime. OT will be paid if needed.
