Helpdesk Specialist APAC: 1. Key Performance indicators • Best possible high level technical support of the APAC installed base • Best possible technical support of all commissioning in Asia-Pacific. • Growth of Asia-Pacific staff commissioning capabilities and service capabilities. • On-site guidance and support in complicated or urgent issues 2. Management • To work with the Technical Coordinator and the Customer Service Manager as a team jointly responsible for ensuring the effective maintenance and repair of the HPP Diesel UPS systems within Asia-Pacific. • To work with the Technical Coordinator and the Commissioning Coordinator (if applicable) to ensure the efficient and effective technical commissioning of new HPP diesel UPS systems within Asia-Pacific. • To focus particularly on developing all aspects of the regional HPP diesel UPS technical resources and capabilities ensuring that technical excellence and best practice work methods are implemented to maximise performance and profitability. • Lead the processes, workflow and support of the Regional Helpdesk 3. Installed Base • To provide a high-level technical interface between HPP Partners, Customers, HPP bv and third party suppliers • Technical support and high-level training of service engineers • Technical support of the Taiwan emergence call-out facility • Technical support of the Regional Helpdesk • In depth fault finding and repair • Technical report writing • Review of all QMS, vibration and all other condition based monitoring records, analysis and interpretation • Implementation of latest modifications, upgrades and improvements • Assist with development of local quality and safety procedures and processes • Assist with maintenance and reporting of Asia-Pacific installed base fault records • Provide emergency stand-in and assistance for engineers during exceptional times of very high workload • Assist with reviewing all site reports, PPM reports, breakdown and repair reports to ensure all work completed properly. Enter all detail into the ESC system, note and schedule all outstanding items for future action. • Assist with processing all warranty issues with clients and suppliers. • Assis with control of all technical manuals, drawings, software and technical history files. • On-site guidance and support of engineers trough APAC Region at customers and Partners. 4. General • To maintain close technical liaison with HPP bv and all regional HPP offices and partners. • To assist all other technical roles as and when required.
