-Order management in Oracle and ensure the orders comply with controls including agreed terms and conditions, correct product spec and pricing, allowed ship dates, meets company’s latest policy, and so on. -Support Sales team to improve shipment delivery date and shipment method by coordinating with operation team to fulfill customer's schedule requirement. -Handle RMA process by communicating with cross-functional teams (sales, quality, operation, finance team, etc.) and accommodate any special requirement. -Coordinate sales teams and customer’s inquiries / requests with cross-functional teams (operation, quality, engineering, finance, etc.). -Resolve customer complaint by determining the cause of the problem, finding solutions, and expediting correction or settlement. -Assist operation team to prepare right product mix in time by discussing with sales team and reviewing customer orders and forecasts. -Manage customer profiles in Oracle in accordance with the information in customer relationship management system. -Co-work with IT for system / SOP enhancement and resolving system errors. Prepare relevant materials to facilitate discussion on performance, order coverage, lead time, and forecast review. -Perform the duties assigned by manager.

Desktop Services role is ensuring proper computer operation so end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively resolving escalated end-user help requests within established SLAs. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools and require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. Responsibilities -Strategy & Planning • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems. • Alert management to emerging trends in incidents. -Acquisition & Deployment • Assist in software releases and rollouts according to Change Management best practices. • Conduct desktop product research to support PC procurement and development efforts. Evaluate and recommend products for purchase. • Write technical specifications for the purchase of PCs, desktop hardware, and related products. -Operational Management • Assisting in providing Level I and II Support. • Act as an escalation point for advanced or challenging help requests. • Build rapport with service desk customers. • Escalate problems (when required) to other groups. • Record, track, and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions and actions taken, through to final resolution. • Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting. • Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and FAQ resources on the Internet or Intranet to aid in problem resolution. • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications. • Install anti-virus software and ensure virus definitions are up to date. • Perform preventative maintenance, including ensuring OS patch levels using Baramundi. • Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved. • Perform post-resolution follow-ups. • Develop help sheets and FAQ lists for end users. • Reinforce SLAs to manage end-user expectations. • Train end users on how to use the Help Desk system to open tickets.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Quality Engineering to lead our quality initiatives for MEMS-based semiconductor products. This role will be responsible for defining and driving product quality strategies, working cross-functionally with design, process, test, manufacturing and customer teams to ensure world-class quality performance. Key Responsibilities: -Quality Leadership: Drive the overall product quality vision and strategy for MEMS semiconductor products. -New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead quality planning and risk assessments for new products, ensuring smooth transition from development to mass production. -Customer Quality Management: Act as the primary quality interface for customers, handling quality audits, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts. -Failure Analysis & Problem-Solving: Oversee failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions for quality-related issues. -Process Control & Improvement: Implement robust statistical process controls (SPC), design for manufacturability (DFM), and process capability improvements. -Supplier & Manufacturing Quality: Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). -Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Summary: As a Staff Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing reliability strategies to ensure the performance and robustness of our MEMS products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, process, test, and quality engineering, to drive reliability improvements and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute reliability test plans for MEMS semiconductor devices, ensuring compliance with JEDEC, AEC-Q100, and other industry standards. -Lead failure analysis (FA) investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). -Oversee accelerated life testing, including HTOL, ELFR, THB, HAST, TC, and mechanical stress tests for MEMS devices. -Collaborate with design, process, and product engineers to enhance reliability performance in new product development (NPD). -Define DFR (Design for Reliability) strategies, including physics-of-failure (PoF) modeling, material selection, and reliability risk assessment. -Manage reliability qualification plans for new products and process changes. Interface with customers, suppliers, and external partners on reliability requirements and technical discussions. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product robustness, reduce failures, and optimize test methodologies. -Maintain reliability data, generate technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders. -Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management system (QMS) standards.
