Maintains product technical knowledge sufficient to prepare and present defined product courses. 4. Completes certification on multiple platforms and/or process modules to include safety modules; actively certifies others; establishes new certification requirements. 5. Utilizes Technical Publications and Business Unit to assist Course Developers in maximizing technical training documentation efficiencies; creates and augments documentation to fill gaps in released materials; evaluates students/colleagues with less experienced performance. 1. Provides technical expertise and troubleshooting skills to assist with system repairs; ensures system functionality can support course objectives; ensures all safety retrofits are installed on the training systems. 2. We are seeking a mature and experienced Accountant to join our team in Taiwan. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and efficient also requires an individual with a solid background in accounting who is ready to handle responsibilities listed below. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist the AP team in FSS with reviewing vendor invoices and signed delivery note. 2. Mark tax code/comments and scan them to AP team in FSS 3. Review and check employee claims, ensuring policy compliance 4. Review eGUI invoices and upload to tax bureau platform 5. Review output VAT in SAP weekly to make sure the sequence of GUI numbers is in order. 6. Co-work with eGUI consultant to solve any issues of uploading eGUI invoices 7. Monitor compliance with VAT law and legal invoice requirements (like Tax ID, VAT amount) etc. 8. Prepare payment requests 9. Prepare VAT filing bi-monthly. 10. Prepare local tax payment split as demand. (VAT, Stamp tax, Withholding tax) etc. 11. Prepare journal entries and help ensure that the month-end close process is performed in a timely and accurate manner with a high level of attention to detail 12. Review month-end schedules prepared by FSS 13. Maintain fixed asset schedule 14. Assis with financial and tax audits. Interaction with external auditors and prepare supporting materials during audits 15. Assist with preparing tax return 16. Assist in documentation 17. Work closely with senior finance manager in all aspects of accounting management 18. Other assigned job related to accounting. QUALIFICATIONS 1. 3-5 years experience in accounting related role. Experience of working with MNC 2. Shared Service environment preferred. 3. Experience in an SAP environment 4. Highly detail oriented and organized in work 5. Matured with a 'can do' attitude 6. High integrity, meticulous and proactive 7. Independent, self-driven with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines 8. Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills 9. Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with internal & external customers 10. Good working knowledge of IFRS and R.O.C GAAP 11. Proficient with MSOffice Applications, especially Microsoft Excel 12. Good command of English 13. Accounting firm experience is desirable EDUCATION • BS in Accounting • 3 years of work-related experience in semiconductor manufacturing of similar high technology manufacturing environment is desirable
