維修服務工程師 (南區)

• 於任務前進行風險評估 • 報告與安全、健康和環境相關的事項 • 現場服務中拆卸、檢查、故障排除、修理和更換零部件，重新組裝泵、泵系統和配件； • 向客戶建議系統中的缺陷，以防止問題並提供解決方案； • 根據問題的複雜性，特殊情況下需與技術支持協商，協助其部門解決服務和保修問題； • 準備清晰完整的服務報告，並確保按時提交（保修索賠、工作時間、質量改進系統（QIP）、故障分析系統（FAS）等） • 在系統中登記所識別的產品品質問題 • 協助項目執行—安裝支持、調試等 • 執行已達成的維修保養和服務協議SLA) • 向相關利益相關者（銷售和服務銷售PUs、運營等）提供相關信息的反饋，包括識別的潛在客戶； • 為保固期外的維修，提供報價； • 收集安裝基礎信息； • 持續學習和發展以增強動手服務能力； • 精通使用服務工具和設備； • 報告與安全、健康和環境相關的事項； • 實踐GRUNDFOS的核心價值觀，對自己的行動負責，關愛同事、合作夥伴和客戶；

Customer Service (Service Coordinator) in Service & Solution Taiwan, report directly to the Head of Service & Solutions, Taiwan. Key Accountabilities • Responsible for identifying / assessing an incoming request from a customer for service • Prepare quotations • Responsible in daily coordination which include - Creation of quotation for the site job(s) - Creation of service work orders. - Assigning to service technician and/or service partners. - Monitoring the service job progression till completion - Follow-up of invoice issues for chargeable case. • Coordinate training courses, events, etc. • Assist in executing departmental & organizational plans, policies and projects • Coordinate logistics of issuance/returns of materials for/from customers • Provides as much administrative support as possible to colleagues regarding service issues. • Reports matters related to Safety, Health and Environment.
