1. Local Engineering Project (LEP) team leader: ** Review local CIP projects and forward to HQ to launch Local Engineering Projects. ** Survey and work with local suppliers to manufacture the LEP components. ** Lead the team to complete the LEP field test with SR/ TS team to gain HQ Design change approval. 2. Utilize ISC (Innovation & Support Center) facility to start Innovation projects: ** Work with ISC team to kick off new project to fit the Process or Hardware retrofit request (from customer site or internal needs). ** Be the communication channel between TW and HQ (Product/ Application/ TS) to build the common understanding and alignment on the innovation result. ** Support ISC for the relocation project. 3. Support Sales and Application team to develop product for the future market demands. ** Work with Sales & Application team to gain deeper insight into the market. ** Survey the partners to design and manufacture prototype equipment. ** Regular update the project status to HQ Product & Application team to get alignment between departments. 4. Develop LEP team members ** Recruit LEP team members and develop their skill to fulfill job needs (ex: AutoCAD and 3D drawing, Mechanical design skill, Electrical design concept and etc…) ** Coach team members to build the competency to the right level.

1. TW Customer Care project Support: ** Develop the support plan and co-wrok with others Dept to complete the task. ** Setup the Annual objectives and Goal for special project and accomplish it. 2. Represent Technical Support team to work with others TW Dept.: ** Align with CC Director and others Dept. Teamlead to reach company goal as Revenue and New tools' biz. ** Join the regular CC/ CC/ SR meeting to learn the issue or Ticket for easy tracking by TW & HQ (CC/ TS, QEHS, PTD) ** Site support during the New project (for SL/ AP) or New Installation (SR) when necessary. 3. Maintain the communication channel with HQ and WW team: ** Regular attend the HQ meeting to learn the new technology or design concept (CIP/ SR/ TS Bi-weekly/ CC Monthly/ QEHS). ** Attend the CC Workshop to present the TW CC team' special project by sharing to WW team and also learning from their advantage. ** Join the WW Key-account platform (via meeting or workshop) to share and learning the experience. Then forward it to internal TW team to achieve better improvement. ** Arrange or Sit support the Asia regions with special task or projects with CC/TS/SR team members. 4. Building the good relationship with all customers: ** Support SR sites' members to join the meeting with customer to learn how to achieve their goal by discuss the technology development if necessary. ** Special project would need to visit customer site to present new technology (with SL/ AP/ AS/ SR).

1. Responsible for service contracts management: ** Develop and implement strategies for long-term service agreements. ** Co-work with Service & Tech Support teams to improve service quality and revenue. ** Support service issue correction tasks to complete AR and collect payment. 2. Responsible for retrofit, CIP & relocation project management. ** Promote retrofit, CIP & relocation businesses to customers. ** Manage progress and cost to ensure budget/profit targets are achieved. ** Monitor, analyze & record service data/profit data of each project. 3.Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients ** Hold regular business & issue review meetings with buyers/users. ** Conduct regular updates of market information and market research. 4. Generate quarterly & annual review report to trace and achieve the defined targets.

1. Support field service team by conducting troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects. 2. Provide cross functional supports to deal with CIP and develop solutions, including collecting filed test data and generating related reports. 3. Provide domestic and overseas supports on tool installation for new accounts or projects. 4. Provides coaching and training to field service technical engineers on new products support and troubleshooting cases. 5. Coordinate between German HQs and customer to achieve technical goals by developing and implementing solution with efficiency.

Conduct statitics for out of warranty tools on monthly basis. 4.
