Objective • Lead Non-Conformance management and customer complaint investigation. Cooperate with the related departments to resolve quality complaints. • Assist quality manager with implementation of the overall quality system plans, coordination activities and objectives in accord with the ISO related systems to meet BASF and customer requirements. • Support and monitor all quality activities from in-coming raw material receiving till out-going delivery to ensure the effectiveness of Quality Management system.
