Site Non-Conformance Management • Lead Non-Conformance Management in Changhua Site, act as creator & investigator. • Coordinate and cooperate with the production and related departments to find out product quality defects, investigate root cause and manage product downgrade or special release where applicable. • Lead investigation of key issues and participate in the regional quality project. Ensure the effective implementation of preventive and corrective measures to prevent recurrence. • Monitor and verify all NCM Customer Reports are submitted to customer in an accurate and professional manner. Follow-up agreed actions / deadlines. • Drives customer complaint settlement needs including compensation to minimize risk to the business. Compile and analyze complain data to detect trends and initiate / lead improvement projects as required. • Pre-empt / highlight potential business impacts from NCM to site Management and Regional quality, including recommendations and resolutions to overcome the challenges. 3. Support Site Quality Management and KPI monitoring. • Prepare monthly quality report and monitor the production yield. • Lead regular quality meeting and improvement actions tracking. • Coordinate ISO 9001 internal / external audit and effectiveness check. • Support the preparation and organization affairs of management review. • Support in implementing of Quality Improvement Projects / Tasks 4. Support Management of Customer Inquiry, audit and visit. • Collaborate with the stakeholders to collect information of customer quality related inquires, such as customer questionnaire or self-audit checklist, support to provide efficient answers. • Assist supervisor to manage customer audit / visit and provide quality related information during audit / visit as required. 5. Support System Document Control and Quality Awareness training • Coordinate with related departments to review and optimize site quality management processes and procedures. • Support quality training / World Quality Week planning and implementation to promote employees’ quality awareness and skills
