Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for tsmc P&L, lead team to achieve annual P&L target set by company. 2. Closely monitor market intelligence and deeply understand tsmc’s roadmap in Taiwan and in worldwide. Develop 3-5 years tsmc business strategy and select spot year growth initiatives. 3. Be a catalyst in building strategic partnership with tsmc key stakeholders, improve market share, develop new applications. 4. Lead strategical offering launch and drive sustainable business growth with collaboration with application team. 5. Continuously develop service business. Drive the topline growth via creating competitive service offer. Improve service revenue / margin and customer satisfaction. 6. Build highly motivated and highly competent tsmc team to execute strategy successfully. Requirements: •Must have 1. Bachelor's degree or higher (in Science/Engineering or related). 2. Deep knowledge in semiconductor is a must. 3. Fluent in English, both in oral and writing. 4. More than 8 years’ experience in strategic key account business management in Electronics industry. 5. Track records in successfully selling new offering/solutions/new generation of products in tsmc; 6. Develop and maintain senior relationships within strategic key accounts. 7. Solid experience in managing multi function teams. Strong ability to inspire, coach and develop team and individual talents and great collaboration cross teams/business. 8. Job Scope 1. Develop Life Science Business in Taiwan and execute Life Science business initiatives for Key Accounts in Taiwan. 2. Build multi-layer customer relationship by leveraging company resources to maximize customer satisfaction 3. Follow all opportunities from Customer CAPEX and OPEX. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. 4. Analyze and interpret key financial result from Key Account, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting 5. Co-work with life sciences segment sales leader and life science marketing manager to prepare key account plan with clear sales projection and growth initiatives. 6. Co-work with service manager to provide customized offer to key account customer to achieve improving gross margin. 7. Non-Key Account Opportunity Follow-up - Follow diffuse end users, EPC and system integrator assigned by line managers. - Actively exploit and develop potential customer from new segment, such as Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Hospital and Food & Beverage segment. - Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits and deliver PMS professional image. - Analyze and interpret key financial result from Non-KA opportunities, such as order, revenue, AR and forecasting. 8. Facilitate Other Functional Teams - Support offer marketing team on voice-of-customer collection and business survey. - Support Marcom team on account or territory promotion event. Location: North of Taichung (Hsinchu, Taipei, etc) Qualification Must have 1. Bachelor or above degree, a candidate with pharma background is a priority. 2. At least 3 years proven experience as sales, consumable sales experience or instruments sales experience in pharmaceutical industry are highly appreciated. 3. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills to deal with scientific discussion with customers. 5. Good English communications in both oral and written. 6. Good data analysis and biz planning skills. 7. High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure. 8.
