Project Assignment: The HR Intern will assist with HR-related annual projects and tasks, including acting as the HR partner for Entegris Taiwan 2025 Interns to understand business objectives, closely working with the regional HR team, and ensuring the successful implementation of the annual company-wide Intern program in Taiwan. 【In this role you will】 1. Lead a team to maintain the conditions of facilities, cleanrooms & offices to secure the continual high-quality operation of TTC. The team will include facility engineers, administrators, 3rd party labors etc. 2. Manage the TTC expansion projects with your team members, buyers and other stakeholders to ensure these projects can be completed on schedule, on quality and on budget. 3. Manage the conditions of shared tools with tool sponsors and service providers to maintain tool quality and maximize tool up time. Shared tools include metrology tools such as SP7XP, G7 etc. and process tools such as SU3100, ACT12 etc. 4. Maintain and update related systems and documents for project management, inventory management, EMS, SCADA, EtQ document control etc. 5. Work with EHS to improve safety conditions in TTC. 6. Seek opportunities and propose CIPs in ESG, EHS, digital transformation, cost reduction, efficiency improvement etc. in your scope to enhance the operations of TTC continually. 7. The Product Development Engineer will design, develop, and support new liquid filtration products that drive long term growth for the business. 【In this role you will】 • Drive product development that meets performance requirements under budget and on-time • Lead projects through stage-gate process to meet marketing, technical, quality, manufacturing requirements • Design, develop, characterize and validate product performance for flow, pressure and temperature specifications using CFD, FEA simulations and empirical data. • Design equipment and processes needed for product assembly, device design and performance testing • Work across multi-disciplined teams to help drive consensus for product performance and manufacturing capabilities • Support pilot development of assembly processes on new pilot line with focus on new technology for yield improvement and new materials. • Perform administrative functions such as writing status reports, tracking expenditures, and documenting test plans, results, and product specifications • Mentor/coach junior engineering team members 【Traits we believe make a strong candidate】 • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and design capabilities • Strong project leadership experience, ability to make action plans and recommendations and communicate across the organization • Mechanical, Materials science, Chemical Engineering or related engineering field, product design (Minimum 3+ years experience; MS) • Plastics/polymer molding and bonding experience preferred • Strong knowledge of SolidWorks (and other CAD), device fabrication and assembly, design for manufacturing, statistics, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies • Excellent communication and strong written, verbal and computer skills • Knowledge of filtration and semiconductor processes preferred • Experience working in cleanrooms, facilities, and semi-conductor customer equipment • 15-25% of travel expected to support these activities 【Your success will be measured by】 • Successful candidate will be able to work with a large interdisciplinary team to develop innovative products that supports customer and market growth challenges. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously, adapt to shifting priorities
