M Moser Associates, a global firm specializing in the design and delivery of innovative workplaces, is seeking qualified designers to join our Taipei office. This key role requires talented, creative and communicative candidates who are interested in creating designs that effectively respond to the unique needs and business objectives of our clients. You should also be a thoughtful, articulate communicator with excellent organizational skills and a solid talent for design. As a designer, you will: - Participate in general business development activities and creative assignments - Assist in developing project images, materials, finishes and construction details - Translate initial concepts into detailed 3D models and plans - Manage drawing documentation Ideally, candidates should offer the following: - Degree in Interior Design - Ability to work creatively and productively with Sketch Up and Photoshop - Strong communication skills - Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese - Above 5 year of relative experience

Key Responsibilities - Partner with global team of Project Managers, Senior Architects and other design staff to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for design challenges - Review and approve engineering and MEP consultant’s work to ensure compliance with design solution and timely submission of documents. - Ensure coordination of all consultant documents and details with design. - Respond to RFI’s and RFQ’s - Ensure adherence to set budget and immediately inform the Project Director and client of any potential variances to the budget - Oversee and participate in executing drawings, detailing and construction documentation for pricing - Create a master log of the project submittals and manage their review and approval - Ensure design complies with all applicable building codes and standards, helping other designers to take these restrictions into consideration during design phases Job Requirements As M Moser Associates’ Project Architect -Technical, you are not only exceptionally skilled at executing highly technical projects but you are driven and enthusiastic about your ability to deliver projects with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
