【Job Overview】 • The IT Infrastructure and IT Security Expert is responsible for the design, implementation, management, and execution of security related to the organization IT infrastructure. • This role provides an IT environment that meets business needs while ensuring the protection of information assets and risk management. 【Key Responsibilities】 • Management of IT Security 　◇ Develop and implement security policies and processes for the organization. 　◇ Execute incident response. • Management of IT Infrastructure 　◇ Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage. 　◇ Monitor system performance and optimize operations. 　◇ Evaluate and implement new technologies. • Stakeholder Coordination 　◇ Collaborate with IT experts and other departments to provide IT solutions that align with business needs. 　◇ Prepare and present regular reports and presentations. • Compliance and Auditing 　◇ Monitor compliance with laws and industry standards related to security. 　◇ Prepare for and respond to internal and external audits. • Project Management 　◇ Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure and security-related projects. 　◇ Manage project budgets and optimize resources. • Functional Leadership 　◇ Manage and develop the IT infrastructure and security function. 　◇ Provide technical guidance and support to co-work partners.

1. Stay up-to-date on labor policies, regulations, and internal control standards to ensure alignment with legislative requirements, company values, and guidelines, while providing insights and recommending necessary changes. 2. Manage the employee life cycle and optimize HR processes to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality, efficient service delivery. 3. Manage HR operations in a timely and accurate manner, including but not limited to: – Preparing payroll data, and processing employees' statutory benefits. – Handling payment requests for internal employee benefits. – Monitor attendance and overtime, addressing discrepancies or irregularities. 4. Maintain employee data and records in HR systems, ensuring proper file management and 100% data accuracy. 5. Interpret HR policies and practices for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR-related inquiries to ensure clarity, understanding, and compliance. 6. Facilitate the onboarding and integration of the HRIS system, ensuring seamless implementation. 8. Undertake planning, analysis, and implementation of additional HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

1. 進、出理貨作業、退貨作業。 2. 貨物重整及包裝作業。 3. 庫存管理、儲位管理及盤點作業。 4. 現場環境、機具及設備日常清潔及維護。 5. 主管交辦事項。

1．客戶聯繫及與倉管單位溝通協調。 2．協助客戶需求與倉庫作業間溝通協調安排。 3．製作進、出貨文件及協調派車作業。 4．負責貨物庫存帳務管理／加工作業安排／運輸與倉庫作業搭配。

1. Business Development • Achieve the target score, working with each country sales Team. • Drive sales pipelines through establishing monthly PDCA Call. • Utilize CRM to ensure substantial pipeline to achieve goal. • Support sales team about global TECH IV accounts. 2. Promotion of IV Development • By Gathering and analyse insight & best practice, footprint of Global TECH accounts about international freight forwarding & Contract Logistics business, then share information TECH IV Team. • Support Sales Team to drive IV business development. 3. IV Know-How/Knowledge, cooperation with BU • Develop IV specific customer value proposition and commercial model, Collaborate with BUs to develop new global IV-specific products. 4. IV and market analysis, approach Major companies • Lead the analysis and development sales of the major companies in TECH industries and build the foundation to develop into important customers. Also use materials to explain basic information and logistics characteristics of IV that make it easy for each country sales team to understand the characteristics and approach methods for customer. • Identify target, potential accounts and guide the strategies and development plan. 5. Facilitate Monthly call • Work with each country sales member. • To facilitate Monthly call global base. 6. Contribute to achieve annual development plan • Proceed activities according to IV Development Plan (IVDP) and report progress periodically to IV Head Leader. • Adjust activity planning referring feedback from IV Head and contribute to achieve annual development plan. 7. To support understanding Taiwanese language and culture • To support IV HEAD Leader, especially translate Taiwanese language, explain culture. • To join association TECH Industry association, then understand suppliers Network.

1．客戶服務與異常處理：負責客戶詢問、出貨追蹤、異常事件與客訴案件的即時處理與回應 2．出貨安排與業務支援：依據客戶需求，協助空運/海運/多角貿易進出貨流程與運送方案規劃 3．跨部門與國內外聯繫：作為公司與國內廠商、國外分公司及客戶間的溝通橋樑，推動案件進行 4．業務維持與關係維繫：協助業務維護既有客戶關係，處理日常業務諮詢與報價需求 5．資料整理與剪報製作：協助製作報價單、簡報資料，並進行客戶利潤分析等行政支援工作
