We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer (PE) to join our dynamic team. As an Product Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, performance, and scalability of our distributed edge infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation of systems and services deployed at edge locations, balancing the unique challenges of low-latency, bandwidth-constrained, and IT environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-native technologies, edge computing frameworks, and infrastructure automation, with a strong focus on reliability and security. Responsibilities: • Implement, and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant, and highly available edge infrastructure. • Automate the provisioning and management of edge computing environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. • Ensure edge systems are resilient to node failures, network disruptions, and hardware issues by designing and implementing redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery strategies. • Monitor and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues across distributed edge nodes using tools like Prometheus and Grafana. • Optimize applications for low-latency, bandwidth-constrained environments, working with development teams to ensure efficient resource usage. • Implement and enforce security best practices for edge devices, including device authentication, data encryption, and regular security updates. • Collaborate with software engineers, network engineers, and operations teams to optimize the performance and reliability of the edge network. • Set up robust monitoring and alerting systems for real-time tracking of edge system performance and incidents. • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for failures within the edge network, ensuring continuous improvement through postmortems. • Stay up to date with the latest edge computing technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance system performance.

Primary job function: 1. Test program development and engineering support on V93000 2. Provide consultation to customers during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution. 3. Work together with Advantest COE, and R&D to provide and implement the testing solutions for customers for RF/PMIC/Mixed-Signal applications. 4. Deliver the best test solution including load board/probe card design, test program development, test time reduction, and benchmark to customers. 5. Deliver training and consulting support to customers' application requests, as well as assisting in pre-sale activities.

1. To be the technical owner of the V93000 System, including test program development, device test verification, and production debugging. 2. Deliver the best test solution which includes load board/probe card design, application support, and device benchmark with the customer. 3. Support root cause finding and test time reduction to support business goals. 4. Assist pre-sale activities for new applications and customers, and deliver customer training classes.

1. Account Management: Assist the regional BDM in developing and managing the assigned region’s native/lead accounts for all service and support deals, including but not limited to: －Customer Service Agreement (CSA) －Production Solution Services 2. Support for Non-Lead Accounts: Assist the Lead BDE by providing local knowledge and inputs to plan and execute service and support strategies for assigned non-lead accounts, ensuring the closure of CSAs, value-added services, and production solution services initiatives. 3. Business Development and Sales: －Develop strategies to close deals within the committed timeline and value, ensuring they meet the specific needs and operations of the accounts. －Collaborate on opportunity assessment, promotion strategy, and implementation follow-through with stakeholders such as sales, support managers, and technical resource managers for value-added and production solution services. －Provide inputs on programs to defend against CSA erosion. 4. Communication: Maintain closed-loop communication with the account team regarding the contents of deals closed.
