Job Overview: This position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the handling and improvement of material anomalies, ensuring the smooth execution of quality management and continuous improvement activities with suppliers. The engineer will assist in resolving material-related issues during the production process and conduct regular quality control and auditing with suppliers to ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling and Improvement of Mass Production Material Anomalies: • Monitor and handle material anomalies from suppliers, coordinating with relevant departments to analyze issues and implement solutions. • Perform root cause analysis of material problems, propose and execute corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 2. Discussing and Coordinating Material Anomalies with Internal Departments: • Collaborate with various departments (such as engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to thoroughly discuss material anomalies and develop and implement effective production issue resolution solutions. 3. Supplier Quality Control and Execution of Continuous Improvement Activities: • Monitor supplier quality performance and evaluate material quality issues in their production processes. • Regularly conduct supplier quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5), and drive continuous improvement. 4. Business Trips for Supplier Material Quality Issues: • Arrange business trips based on material quality issues to follow up with suppliers on-site and ensure the implementation of corrective actions. Job Requirements: 1. Experience in Material Manufacturing: • Experience in assembly, plastic injection molding, metal parts (forging, machining, stamping), LCM, lenses, PCB, etc. • Familiarity with basic material manufacturing processes, with engineering or process experience being a plus. 2. Work Experience: • At least 2 years of experience in supplier management or QC/QA roles in material manufacturing. • Ability to analyze and assess material problems, narrowing down the scope of the process to investigate and precisely identify the issue. 3. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 Quality System Audit Experience: • Familiarity with the ISO 9001 quality system and experience in auditing IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 standards, including audit planning, execution, and follow-up corrective actions and improvements. 4. Problem Analysis Ability: • Proficiency in using 8D, why-why analysis, fishbone diagrams, etc., to analyze and improve issues. • Familiarity with process improvement and quality systems, and knowledge of turtle diagrams is a plus. 5. Agile software development life cycle management, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) execution. 3. Delivering high-quality web application services, with a special emphasis on incorporating AI features. Requirements : 1. Programming – Proficiency or interest in any web design or programming language such as Java, JavaScript, React, Vue or any web container and framework 2. Database –Knowledge in relational database, NoSQL experience is a plus 3. Soft Skill – A good team player with great communication skill. 4. Data Science – Nice to have some experience in data analysis (QLIK / CUBE / TABLEAU / POWER BI) 5. Language – Oral communication skill in English is a plus. (TOEIC 700+)

Proficiency or interest in any web design or programming language such as Java, JavaScript, React, Vue or any web container and framework • Agile software development life cycle management, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) execution. • Proven experience in implementing new features and functionalities. • Experience in PLM and BI (Business Intelligence) development tools for data analysis and reporting is desirable. • Passion for engaging with internal customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.
