Prefer MS or PhD in Engineering. 2. 10+ years of related experience in developing and supporting Server & Storage products. 3. At least 5 years of people management experience. 4. In-depth knowledge of the EE domain. 5. Demonstrated leadership in working through complex problems in a multi-disciplinary environment. 6. Demonstrated experience in integrating with cross functional groups including manufacturing, test, reliability, quality, sourcing, ID and compliance. 7. Role will involve leading firmware development, implementing robust firmware solutions, and ensuring reliability and adherence to standards. What a typical day looks like: • Design OpenBMC Firmware by applying knowledge of BMC architecture. • Lead a team of firmware engineers and providing technical guidance. • Customize OpenBMC stack to meet customer's requirement • Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, test engineers and other teams to ensure seamless integration of firmware. • Define coding standards and development processes to maintain high-quality firmware codebase. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. • Overall project responsibility in all aspects on firmware design related- from project kick off to end of MP.
