Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director located in Taichung City, Taiwan. The Sales Director will be responsible for sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development.
• Aligns the sales objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting. Take ownership of the overall profit and loss (P&L) of the business within the assigned country, steering it towards continuous growth.
• Accountable for effective sales organization design, including roles, distributor channel design, sales development, business marketing, account management, resource deployment, training implementation, and customer service to integrate all sales functions for synergy of sales force. Aligning sales objectives with the company's profitability goals.
• Work closely with General Manger and other departments to ensure sales strategies are being implemented consistently.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retain customer retention.
