Manages finance activities according to organization's policies and processes to control the financial and business resources.
Job Description
1. Provide and prepare the management with financial information and business analysis and use this information to participate in planning, budgeting, decision making and controlling within own area of responsibility.
2. Contributes to the development of the organization's finance processes, guidelines and systems.
3. Provides advice and relevant expertise to and liaises with internal stakeholders to ensure that the finance processes and procedures support business needs.
4. Act as a functional/business partner for relevant stakeholders to prepare financial plans and estimates of future business plans, budget and strategy.
5. Performs financial analysis and reporting.
6. Emphasizes learning and development orientation and challenges employees to continuously improve key competencies. Ensures compliance standards are followed.
