台灣迪生股份有限公司於1987年9月間由香港商迪生創建集團潘迪生先生投資成立，迪生創建集團DICKSON CONCEPTS(INTERNATION)LIMITED為亞洲區名貴商品市場之先驅，是一上市公司，在香港擁有西武(Seibu)百貨、英國有夏菲尼高(Harvey Nichols)百貨，且於中國大陸、香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼、菲律賓、泰國、英國及台灣等地皆成立分公司從事精品批發及零售業務 Dickson Trading (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. is invested and founded by Mr Dickson Poon of Dickson Concepts (International) Limited in September 1987. Dickson Concepts (International) Limited is an investment holding company, aiming to satisfy the Asian market's hunger for luxury goods. The company operates more than 400 stores (some through joint ventures) in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. It operates single-brand luxury retailers, including ones selling CHOPARD, HOGAN, ROGER VIVIER, S.T. DUPONT,TOD'S,DICKSON WATCH & JEWELLERY in Taiwan. Products range from men’s and women’s apparel, watch and jewellery, shoes and leather goods. Dickson Concepts (International) Limited also operates stores under various luxury names, including Harvey Nichols and Seibu Department Stores in Hong Kong and China.
