Position Summary
As part of the Medication Delivery Solutions team, the associate is responsible for meeting the growth and financial goals of CVA platform in Taiwan. The associate will ensure right linkages and coordination between local, region, and global levels to develop and communicate integrated strategies to drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Through a deep understanding of markets, customers, and designated products and in concert with region marketing, functions, and business counterparts, develop marketing strategies and ensure thorough execution with sales team, clinical marketers, and distributors to drive the sales growth.
• Lead the product launch process, including identification of market unmet needs, analysis of market data, customers’ buying process, and competitors’ behaviors, as well as development of the product launch plan, in partnership with sales team, cross-functional partners, and worldwide/ regional product teams
• Deliver sales training.
• Drives and manages marketing activities (and related budget) including:
o Market research – market size/growth, competitive share and positioning, significant customer needs and major trends (macroeconomic, industry, regulatory, competitive, policy, etc.)
o Tactical marketing mixes to maximize profitable revenue growth.
o Events – trade shows, conventions, conferences
o Market access to accelerate product adaption with internal partners.
o Sales tools
• Identify, engage, and develop partnership with key opinion leaders, influential societies, and leading hospital accounts with strategic initiatives for expanding penetration for existing products or gaining market access for new products.
• Act as a partner in the demand review process for assigned product lines with functional partners.
• Portfolio operation such as PIRs.
Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience
• Bachelor's degree in medical, clinical, or business discipline. Nursing or clinical background is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing/sales experience in the medical device or related industry preferred, especially in launching new products and growing strategic products.
• Strong experience and understanding in at least one, preferably several of the following clinical areas: nursing, critical care, IR, and CVS.
• Strong analytical skill and/or data driven insights preferred.
• Cross functional team experience preferred.

• Experience in digital marketing applications will be a plus.
