Shall include but not be limited to: 1. Supervise the erection of steel work structures, steel work components, platforms and ladders. 2. Perform any other duty the Steel Superintendent may allocate. 3. Supervision, guidance and overview of Subcontractor(s) to implement the requirements of the subcontract including the drawings and specifications. 4. Overall planning of the discipline work and co-ordination with other discipline work in the same area. 5. Review and comment or approve the 90 day schedule and the bi-weekly schedule for the discipline and area of his responsibility making sure that the requirements of the project schedule are met. 6. If necessary, request the Subcontractor to prepare detail work procedure and review and approve this procedure including any co-ordination with the Discipline Manager / Leader. 7. Monitor the advise the Subcontractor(s) on the control of his labor, construction equipment, and materials to ensure meeting the schedule. 8. Confirm that work complies with Quality, Safety / Health and Environment requirements and work with the Subcontractor(s) to take corrective action in case of problems. Co-ordinate any problems and corrective actions with the Construction Manager, the Area Engineer, the Safety / Health / Environmental Group, the Control Group, the QA/QC Group and the Manager / Leader as applicable. 9. Provide the Control Group information on change work and the monthly progress reports through Manager / Leader. 10. Review the progress data and possible change requests from Subcontractors and submit them to the Control Group and / or the Subcontract Administrator. 11. Prepare daily and weekly Construction Report, as applicable. 12. Inform Manager / Leader of problems and / or items of concern regarding engineering information and / or materials. 13. Co-operate with and advise Subcontractor(s) to correct work plans in case of engineering drawing or material availability problems or change work required. 14. General and specific duties. 15. Ensure that CII Subcontractor views steelwork foundation drawings for size, range and placement of shims. 16. Ensure that Subcontractor checks and accepts location, size, projection and condition of anchor bolts. 17. Prior to starting work the Subcontractor must produce a method statement which:  Shows location of crane/s  Material laydown/shake down area  Location of site store (if used)  Method of bolting at height e.g. scaffold, man box or from steelwork with safety belt. 18. Ensure that the Subcontractor uses the correct size and type of spanner for bolting up. 19. Ensure Subcontractor can remove slings safely. 20. Ensure that Subcontractor ‘slings’ the steel members correctly with nylon type slings and no lift takes place without tag lines. 21. Ensure that the Subcontractor carries out repairs to any damage of the steel work finish coat, eg. galvanising as per the approved repair procedure. 22. Ensure that machine bolts are installed the correct way round. 23. Ensure steel structures are aligned and levelled by CII independent surveyor before final bolting up. Witnessed and signed off. 24. Ensure that bolts are tightened as per specification using a torque wrench witnessed and signed off. 25. Ensure nuts and bolts are greased as per specifications. 26. Ensure that a punch list is produced by CII Structural Steel Inspector for each section of the work, when Subcontractors issues request for inspection. 27. Ensure that any steel work repairs are carried out with an approved procedures, qualified welders, approved consumables, all holes are drilled not flame cut. Repair work is cleaned and recoated as per approved finish coating repair procedure.

Shall include but not be limited to: 1. Ensure that all inspection checks are carried out and that the associated Quality Control records are completed, in accordance with the relevant Inspection and Test plan to ensure that quality of installation of piping meets project requirements. 2. The Lead Piping Inspector is responsible for the following installation works – • Piping prefabrication and erection. • He will provide pipe inspection services to the Lead Civil and Buildings Inspector for the buildings. 3. Ensure that all non-conformity reports for Piping Inspection are added to the register and issued to the perpetrator, when received and accepted add the Corrective Action Report to the register, issue to the appropriate inspector for monitoring. 4. Ensure that the piping subcontractors maintain a register of all survey equipment, measuring tools and test apparatus with dates of all tests and checks. 5. Ensure that all concessions and deviations information is issued to the appropriate Inspector. 6. Ensure that the Subcontractors issue their Inspection and Test Plans, complete with the proposed quality control records. Review the submitted documents, submit to the Company for comment and then return to the Subcontractors for updating. In certain instances ensure the Quality Control records contain the required method statement for specific inspections. 7. Ensure that the Subcontractors issue the updated Inspection and Test Plan with CII approved Quality Control records. 8. Review the Inspection and test plans and requisition the necessary inspection tools for the Inspectors. 9. Issue the Subcontractors Inspection and Test Plans complete with the itemized Quality Control records to the CII Handover Engineer so that the system handovers can be prepared. 10. Issue the Subcontractors Inspection and Test Plan complete with the itemized Quality Control records to the appropriate Discipline Inspector for reference in the inspection of his specific responsibilities. 11. Ensure that the Discipline Inspectors are sufficiently experienced in the work that is being allocated to them. Ensure that they fully understand all items on the on the Quality Control record, and know what they must do to complete the activity. 12. Ensure that the Discipline Inspectors are allocated specific inspection responsibilities in wherever possible specific geographical areas. 13. Ensure that the individual Inspectors are inducted and trained on any special condition of work environment present in their work area. 14. Ensure that the individual Inspectors are issued with the necessary inspection tools. 15. Weekly review with each Inspector the status of the itemized Quality Control record sign off’s, ensuring that these documents are up to date. 16. Ensure that all mandatory “hold points” signatures are obtained from the company. 17. Attend the weekly meeting with the various Subcontractors, or prepare a written comment list for the meeting. Answer and ask questions on inspection activities. If necessary, list status of non-conformity reports and CAR’s. 18. If an activity is worked out of normal hours ensure that the necessary inspection is available. If an Inspector works through the normal working day, inform the Field Administration Manager so that the necessary arrangements can be made. 19. Ensure that the Inspectors receive regular safety training relative to their discipline. Safety training to cover changing phases of the work. Ensure Inspectors apply all such safety training in the course of their work. 20. Provide assistance to the Lead Civil and Building Inspector for Pipe Inspection in the buildings. 21.Other tasks assigned by boss.

Shall include but not be limited to: 1. Shall have a thorough understanding of the Project Specification, CII Project Procedures, and Subcontractor Procedures, Plans, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans and other SHES and QA/QC documents relating to his area of responsibility. 2. Supervision of electrical test activities for equipment in sub-station including transformer, and substation internal / external cable termination and loop testing. 3. Supervision, guidance and overview of Subcontractor(s) to implement the requirements of the subcontract including the drawings and specifications. 4. Overall planning of the discipline work and co-ordination with other discipline work in the same area. 5. Review and comment or approve the 90 day schedule and the bi-weekly schedule for the discipline and area of his responsibility making sure that the requirements of the project schedule are met. 6. If necessary, request the Subcontractor to prepare detail work procedure and review and approve this procedure including any co-ordination with the Discipline Manager / Leader. 7. Monitor the advice the Subcontractor(s) on the control of his labour, construction equipment, and materials to ensure meeting the schedule. 8. Confirm that work complies with Quality, Safety / Health and Environment requirements and work with the Subcontractor(s) to take corrective action in case of problems. Co- ordinate any problems and corrective actions with the Construction Manager, the Area Engineer, the Safety / Health / Environmental Group, the Control Group, the QA/QC Group and the Manager / Leader as applicable. 9. Prepare daily and weekly Construction Report, as applicable. 12. Inform Manager / Leader of problems and / or items of concern regarding engineering information and / or materials. 13. Co-operate with and advice Subcontractor(s) to correct work plans in case of engineering drawing or material availability problems or change work required. 14. Ensure that the Subcontractor produces a method statement on handling, switch gears transformers and other major electrical equipment. If necessary supplies rigging studies for transformers. In conjunction with CII Safety Officer, Electrical Engineering and CII Heavy Lift Supervisor, review and comment as necessary. 16.Other tasks assigned by boss.

1. Manage the supervision work of Civil, Steel Structure and Architecture. 2. Communicate and coordinate the interfaces of construction with each subcontractor of Civil, Steel Structure and Architecture. 3. Responsible for the monitoring of execution of HSE, quality and construction of site. 4. Prepare Construction Plan and Requisition of Civil, Steel Structure and Architecture work. 5. Manage the execution of schedule/ progress/ quantity/ quality/ resources of Civil, Steel Structure and Architecture work with supervisors and subcontractors. 6. Communicate and coordinate with other concern interfaces internally within the site organization. 7. Attend the meeting and submit report for daily interface coordination, work permission and tracing.
