• Work with SPM team to obtain the original supplier's trade classification (ECCN/HS Code). • Verify trade classification data from supplier's website, price book etc. for Avnet new part number creation. • Map supplier's trade classification data to in accordance with US, EU, and Asia Control Lists (i.e., HK, TW, CN, etc.). • Maintain the verified trade classification data (ECCN/HS Code) in SAP (GTS). • Track updates in trade classification and maintain in SAP (GTS) periodically. • Support business with enquiries pertaining to trade classification and licensing status. • Ensure timely review & release of daily blocked transactions in SAP-GTS. • Assist the manager in the development and maintenance of Global Compliance procedures/SOPs. • Monitor emerging trends and regulations updates from US/EU/Asia Government laws and regulations that impact Avnet's trade classification. • Perform data analysis to support business/supplier's trade classification initiatives. • Deliver training programs to frontline SPM team on trade classification process requirements. • Periodic review of trade classification data accuracy. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures and other key performance metrics. • Other duties & projects as assigned.

• Perform day-to-day transaction reviews of customer codes in SAP-GTS against various government denial list (i.e., SDN, Entity List, DPL, UVL, Asia/EU lists etc). • Ensure timely review & release of daily blocked transactions in SAP-GTS. • Conduct due-diligence reviews on red flags/blocked business transactions. • Assist in the development and maintenance of Trade Compliance procedures/SOPs. • Keep track of emerging trends and regulations updates from US/EU/Asia Government laws and regulations. • Assist Trade Compliance manager with regulatory issues and inquiries. • Assist manager to run reports and perform analysis on compliance screening data to optimize operational efficiencies. • Develop and/or deliver training programs regarding basic and specialized aspects of Sanctioned Party Screening. • Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics. • Other duties & projects as assigned.
