Job Responsibilities: a. Deal evaluation: Prepare Credit Propositions (“CP”), Credit Reviews (“CR), Credit Memos (“CM”) and similar documents for corporate clients and timely obtain approval from business and credit authorities. b. Work with Senior Relationship Manager to visit customers, explore business opportunities and prepare call report to keep relevant parties abreast of development. c. Work with Relationship Manager and Project Finance team in SG to onboard renewable energy projects in Taiwan. d. Monitor renewable energy projects’ construction/operation progress on monthly basis. e. Handle daily transaction and client inquires on loan drawdown, deposits placement, account opening etc. f. Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“CFT”), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and sanction related risks in accordance with prevailing policies and procedure. g. Conduct ESG assessment and obtain relevant no objection from Sustainable Financing Team. h. Carry out ad hoc projects or assignments as may be necessitated from time to time.

Trade Operation Processer • Process trade transactions. • Maker for LC Issuance, Bank Guarantee/SBLC and trade related documents. • Main liaison for HUB for daily trade transactions. Loan Operation Processor • Responsible for loan documents review. • Process bilateral and syndication loan disbursement, rollover and repayment, including verification of facility availability and ensure disbursement condition are met. • Journal entries input for loan transaction. • Prepare loan confirmation and customer interest advice. Head office and Regulatory Reporting • Prepare head office and regualtory Montly and quarterly reports. • Prepare Ad-Hoc statistical report to management and regulators. Other Duties: • Backup Remittance and deposity transactions. • Support Ad-Hoc project , ex: system enhancement planning and UAT.
