台灣茶的代表“凍頂烏龍茶”始於鹿谷,當鄉民們從原生的“蒔茶”改種“青心烏龍”時,遊山茶訪先祖陳氏家族的主要產業就已經是茶園了。
百多年來種茶、製茶,一脈相傳並繼續發揚光大;遊山茶訪可以說是台灣茶史的縮影。

Growing and making tea since 1880
Since the Qing Dynasty, residents of Lugu have been growing Taiwan’s most famous tea: Dong Ding Oolong Tea. This heritage has enabled the Chen family and Yoshan Tea to become masters of their craft. Yoshan Tea not only has a strong foothold in the Taiwan tea industry, but they comprise much of the history of Taiwan tea.
