2. Sales Strategy Formulation:
Develop and implement sales strategies based on thorough market research and customer needs analysis.
Set clear and achievable sales goals to drive revenue growth.
3. Market Research:
Monitor market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Provide valuable feedback to the BU for continuous product or service improvements.
Use insights from market research to formulate effective sales strategies.
4. Exhibition Strategy:
Plan the BU's participation in international IT and educational industry exhibitions.
Strategically showcase the BU's products to ensure their attractiveness and competitiveness in the market.
5. Business Travel Plan:
Allocate approximately 20% of annual travel time for customer visits and participation in exhibitions.
Travel both domestically and internationally to foster strong customer relationships and represent the company effectively.
6. Industry Knowledge:
A background in of education and enterprise industries or channel customers is a plus.
Familiarity with IT distribution channels and e-commerce market channels is highly desirable.
7. Task assignment:
The responsibilities encompass a spectrum of duties, ranging from tasks assigned by the supervisor to broader business-related matters. This includes project management, reporting, and various roles central to the successful operation of the organization.
