- Responsible for engaging customers, establishing relationships, understanding customer requirements and proposing products that meet those requirements
- Visit customers in Taiwan to present and sell products and services
- Identify competitive situation and propose strategies to win business
- Research market information to identify potential new customers
- Understand product portfolio and be able to answer technical questions
- Gather voice of customers and work with the factory to meet customers' needs
- Support pricing and inventory negotiations
- Report progress against sales goals and actions to address issues
