工作內容 As a Store Operations Associate, your mission is to put the Store team members in the best conditions to perform by leading the Operations (BOH efficiency, WW Care services…), the Image (Maintenance and IT issues) as well as the Administrative Procedures. You work in tandem with the superiors that you report to and the BOH team and Operations team to strive for excellence, secure the efficiency & effectiveness of the operations and embrace change for business performance. You can propose solutions to your superiors and communicate the client-facing team members. The ultimate goal is to exceed clients’ expectations indirectly and permanently improve Customer Journey in the store and beyond. ► Operation - Inventory Management - Operation efficiency - WW Care Services 1. Prevent Stock Lost or stock damage and ensure Operation efficiency 2. Monitor the BOH compacity with Boutique manager / Department manager to do necessary replenishment quickly and accurately 3. Ensure Operation efficiency and product flow are followed the Company regulations 4. Clear understanding and execution on WW care service policy 5. Notify the sales team regarding the receipt of stock 6. Check invoices against the delivery spreadsheet 7. Perform daily routine stock check to prevent any stock loss 8. Participate in monthly stock take 9. Familiarize with the Retail Handbook and comply with the related procedures and regulations o Process stock deliveries, client’s repair and logistics o Provide the delivery service to transfer products to other locations when needed o Check emails and follow up closely on Regional transfers and couriers ►Boutique Administration 1. Handle cashiering, daily till reconciliation, cash counting on sales transaction and closing, emails. Etc. 2. Manage the records of the cash-in, cash-out, Acco and store credit notes 3. Update the transaction information to the system 4. Handle the Boutique and staff’s expenses reimbursement 5. Work on the Boutique’s maintenance issues 6. Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors on daily store operations 7. Feedback the performance of vendors to Boutique Manager/ Store operations Manager or Retail Operations team 8. Perform the replenishment of Boutique supplies, equipment, staff uniform and other materials to ensure the Boutique operations can run smoothly 9. Consolidate and validate staff timecards, leave, OT records etc. and report to HR team timely 10. Responsible for the BOH operations in Boutique events 11. Familiarize with the Retail Handbook and comply with the related procedures & regulations ►Boutique Maintenance 1. Ensure boutique maintenance is up to standard. (including IT support/supplies) 2. Be one of the core staff to actively support the logistic of Boutique events 3. Maintain the professional image in line with Company standard ► People Management 1. Manage the work schedule, grooming and daily job duties of Part-timers 2. Provide coaching and guidance to maximize efficiency for all related staff

•此職缺無裁縫團隊，需自行獨立判斷及作業 • 具備3年以上男女裝獨立性的裁縫相關經驗 • 熟悉各種面料車縫技術，了解服裝構造和高級時裝 • 為顧客進行測量並提供關專業修改/縫製技術....等建議 • 與銷售顧問維持良好溝通，了解顧客需求與喜愛進行商品的縫紉修改 • 視情況需參與服裝活動現場 • 主管交辦事項 Profile • 積極的工作態度、細心抗壓性高、勤快、自我要求及工作效率高 • 能獨立作業,解決顧客對於修改、縫紉上的問題 • 對精品零售業充滿熱情 •配合零售百貨業排班制度安排
