We are seeking a skilled Semiconductor Software Development Engineer to join our team, specializing in the integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), AIOT (Artificial Intelligence of Things), and reporting tools such as Power BI. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions that enhance manufacturing processes in semiconductor fabrication facilities.
◎Responsibilities include:
1. Software Design and Development
•Develop and maintain MES and ERP applications tailored to semiconductor manufacturing.
•Create user interfaces and workflows that streamline production management and reporting.
2. System Integration
•Integrate MES with ERP and AIOT systems to ensure seamless data exchange across manufacturing and business operations.
•Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to connect hardware and software components.
3. Data Management and Reporting
•Implement data collection tools and dashboards, utilizing Power BI for real-time analytics and reporting.
•Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards in reporting processes.
4. Process Optimization
•Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
•Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
5. User Training and Support
•Conduct training sessions for end-users on software features and system updates.
•Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
6. Collaboration and Communication
•Work with cross-functional teams (operations, quality assurance, supply chain) to gather requirements and feedback.
•Participate in project planning and status meetings, ensuring alignment on deliverables and timelines.
◎Requirements:
1. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or similar languages for software development.
2. Database Management: Strong experience with SQL and database design for managing production data.
3. Familiarity with MES/ERP Systems: Knowledge of leading MES (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation) and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) solutions.
4. AIOT Knowledge: Understanding of AIOT applications and their integration into manufacturing processes.
5. Reporting Tools: Proficiency in Power BI or similar reporting tools for data visualization and analysis.
6. Understanding of Semiconductor/PCB Manufacturing: Familiarity with wafer fabrication processes, equipment, and terminology.
7. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
