進出口物流 及 供應鏈管理 • 負責進出口報關，與報關代理溝通協調 • 與國內外供應追商及貨運代理進行聯絡 產品法規知識 • 管理相關產品進出口許可證，並適時作出行動 • 更新公司業務許可證牌並乎合台灣法規，與政府官員保持聯繫 • 有CITES及BSMI經驗優先考慮 倉儲與配送管理 • 與物流供應商溝通，監控並優化標準作業流程，跟進緊急或非標準請求 • 監控貨物的質量、數量、成本和運輸效率，準備相關分析報告 • 管理相關操作，包括銷毀、倉庫初檢等 • 系統庫存監控與物流預算控制 • 監控SAP系統庫存，確保倉儲外包公司或門店正確更新庫存資訊 • 編製月度庫存分析報告/物流預算 採購與訂單控制 • 確保倉庫中有足夠的安全庫存供運營使用 • 負責零售供應的訂單、接收、庫存管理，如制服、購物袋等 特賣、門店關閉/開業的商品接收與配送 上級交辦的其他臨時任務 1. Supply Chain Management: Supervise the whole supply chain Liaise with International and domestic freight forwarders 2. Customs Compliance and Importation Coordinate with the Custom Broker Agent Keep the company updated regarding the regulations related the products and to propose action items to cope with regulations. Manage the product regulation in Taiwan and keep contact with government officials to ensure the appropriate licensing, and legal compliance of company products 3. Warehousing and Delivery Management To liaise with the Logistic Providers, monitoring and enhance the SOP, follow up on urgency or non standard requests. To monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods and to prepare relevant analysis reports. To manage related operation including destruction, first quality checks at warehouse side. 4. System Inventory Monitoring & Logistics Budget Control Monitor the inventory in SAP and supervise the input by either 3PL or shops are properly and correctly updated. To prepare the monthly stock analysis reports To prepare and monitor the logistics budget 5. Procurement and Purchase Order Control Manage sufficient safety stock at warehouse for operation usage.
