• Monitor the dealer workshop warranty KPI and plan audit based on analysis results, define action plan for improvement 監控經銷商維修廠的保固KPI，根據分析結果制定計劃 • Support dealer workshop for the necessary assistant to use the correct Repair package. 支援經銷商維修廠，協助使用正確的維修包裝 • Conduct the removed warranty & goodwill & service measure parts inspection, initiate investigation and provide result to technical support team as a base for quality imporvement. Arrange and handle the warranty parts disposal. 執行已移除的保固及零件檢查，啟動調查並將結果提供給技術支援團隊，作為品質改進的依據。安排並處理保固零件的處理 • Consultant and decision making for dealer workshop warranty and goodwill inquiry. 提供經銷商維修廠保固的諮詢 • Support for the necessary warranty training course.

執行車輛檢驗、車輛維護及漆面處理 Carry out inspection, maintenance and polishing work for new vehicle. 其他新車整備相關工作 Other new vehicle preparation related work. 執行車檢主任交辦事項 Implement Team Lead’s appointed works.

• Support sales teams in achieving sales targets by analysis and reporting. • Calculate and process sales bonuses, measures, and payment related to sales incentives. • Manage and execute retail operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company standards. • Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. • Support retail operation and logistics team in daily business operation where required.
