Opportunity Overview The Teradyne Product Development team is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and technically driven software architect that can play a critical role in understanding and designing complex software systems and solutions for our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver these solutions that enable our customers to be successful with our product portfolio. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the semiconductor and automation industries. • Orchestrate the design and development of software solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. • Work closely with system engineers, software engineers, hardware engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure integration and alignment of system requirements. • Guide development teams on proper development and best practices. • Evaluate and apply new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve system performance, software reliability, and team productivity. • Prepare clear and detailed technical documentation for developed software, system architectures, and processes. • Develop, debug, and deploy software solutions that will be used in larger test solutions for semiconductor devices on Teradyne ATE test systems (HW and SW). • Develop customer relations at a technical level. • Collect customer technical needs and requests, communicate to internal engineering team to develop new solutions for customer. • Partner with our worldwide application teams to coordinate project development and on time delivery of critical project milestones. *本公司待遇優,並提供完整培訓計畫,歡迎有半導體測試開發經驗工程師加入本公司行列!

Opportunity Overview • Perform system installation, Project Management, calibration, retrofit, training and troubleshooting. • Escalates customer production problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved. • Develop relationship with customer ; Work with the customer actively on issue prevention. • Creates and implements support plan for customer in conjunction with cross functional groups and customer maintenance teams with objectives of reducing equipment downtime and maintenance cost. • Execute with the various support teams within Teradyne to deliver on Teradyne commitment to customer. This includes all technical resources engaged with account. • Play an active role in transferring the needed application knowledge from the specifier team into the customer production support team during the release phase. • Provides technical expertise and value to customers (Hardware and software)and manage internal/external resources, application/production issues activities. • More senior levels may provide recommendations/inputs into the next generation product development.
