Key Responsibilities: - With the long-term goal in growing coverage in Taipei, focus verticals and other geos, POS profitability, Active Location-In-Force, and capturing inbound spend, you will work alongside with Director & Head of Taiwan GMS to develop and execute acquisition strategies to achieve business KPI. - Need to have thought leadership for strategic ideas to enhance sales productivity, effective pipeline management, improve operational efficiency, driving merchant activation, achieve merchant satisfaction and minimizing channel conflict. - Provide coaching and leadership for DRs in meeting individual and team performance metrics set by the business. - Effectively manage and optimize the designated budget given to drive acquisition effectiveness.
