Also could handle other task come from Head of Area and Head Contract Logistics. • Manage and maintain Quality & EHS & Security(QHSSE) management system at all branch/WH in Area Taiwan, to ensure the procedures are followed to achieve the targets. • Follow and monitor ISO9001/ ISO14001 / ISO45001 /TAPA implementation, also support IMS (QHSSE Integrate Management System) audit pass every year • Can identify related laws and regulation, to ensure the regulatory compliance in order to follow customer expectations • Support Greater China QHSSE team to complete internal and external audits with a satisfactory conclusion. • In charge of QHSSE issue investigation, identified non-conformances, summary issue log and work out corrective/ preventive action, monitor and validate CAPA performance, ensure the issue are dealt with promptly and effectively • Provide adequate training to ensure the Company's QHSSE Management System and Policy is understood effectively by all employees. • Measure performance of the agents and suppliers' to ensure them keep the service level and improvement and keep in step with company's develop and request. • Cooperate with sales for contract review, project solution support. • Communicate with Greater China QHSSE team for more cooperate.

This position is responsible to manage a Logistics CS team to achieve industry best practice and match or exceed customer requirements in the most cost-effective manner. 1. Customer Portfolio Management - Manage relationships with 45+ customers across various industries, ensuring satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor a team of 17+ customer service representatives, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment. - Oversee the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) tailored to individual customer requirements. 3. Contract and Rate Negotiations - Lead contract discussions and rate renewal negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. - Analyse client needs and market trends to propose competitive and sustainable pricing solutions. 4. Operational Excellence - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services and adherence to agreed terms. - Monitor and optimize processes to improve service delivery and efficiency. 5. Reporting and Analytics - Utilize advanced Excel skills to generate and analyse reports, identifying areas for improvement and tracking performance metrics. - Present data-driven insights to management and customers to support decision-making. 6. Multilingual Communication - Communicate effectively in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear and professional interactions with diverse clients and team members.

OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAMME: Our program supports the acceleration of young talent with potential and leadership ambitions, including a novel perspective to learn more about different industries and a structured pathway designed to fast track development early on in your career. WE ARE LOOKING FOR: ◆ Senior student, second year in graduate school, or fresh graduate with no major limited. ◆ Strong skillset in problem solving and decision making. ◆ Ability to work both in team and individual with passion and willingness to handle multi-tasks. ◆ Good English and Chinese proficiency in writing, listening and speaking. ◆ Effective communication and presentation skills. ◆ Great skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel. ◆ Able to work full-time during summer vacation and winter vacation, and 4-5 days per week during semester. YOUR ROLE: ◆ To support Key Account team to take responsibility to enhance Schenker Taiwan position towards the industries and meet the objectives of growth and profitability with new and existing customers. ◆ To support the sales management of Key Accounts in assigned industries at country level or globally and aligned vertical market strategy within the country.
