Customer Services Agent - Cargo Operations
Job Summary
The role is part of Singapore Airlines based in Taiwan and is responsible for cargo operations at the Taoyuan International Airport.
Requirements:
• Successful candidate will initially undergo a 3-month probationary period. During the probation, you will undergo an attachment and training program in Taiwan that will equip you with the knowledge of day-to-day planning and running of Cargo operations. Thereafter, you will be assigned to work at the airport to run cargo airport operations, including data input and documentation, and liaison with various operations units on uplift of air shipments and will work on shifts.
Qualifications
• A recognized University Degree;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and ability to deal with people ;
• Able to handle administrative tasks. Good computer skills and knowledge are welcome;
• Be able and willing to perform independently and work effectively and well in a team.
