OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE Responsible for all thermal related tasks in the TW Mechanical Engg to support and provide deliverables throughout the design standardization, RFQ & Platform development, New Program Introduction (NPI) development and Legacy models in accordance with customer requirements, regulatory standards and company quality policy.  Aims are - satisfactory result of OTD ( On time Delivery) against the committed schedule, high quality, cost effective design, and customer satisfaction in multiple projects simultaneously as well as in good quality results. KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES,  RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY New Program Introduction (NPI) development  In any chance possible, it needs to work/design with the approach that the mat'l selected/design could be reused with the same IPN.It would be benefiicial to shorten the development leadtime and cost effective. Support/provide delliverables to Lead engineer/team manager in standardization development. RFQ & Platform development Support/provide delliverables to Lead engineer/design team manager in RFQ & Platform development activities. Propose thermal design concept and thermal simulation report to be included in technical proposal for customer Support all thermal and acoustic related activity / deliverable in Platform design development New Program Introduction (NPI) development  Responsible for supporting all thermal related activities / deliverables in NPI development starting from Proto to PVT. Activities include, but not limit to,  thermal and acoustic design, related verification tests, Reliability Engg (RE) test support, design review meeting, customer conference call, factory DFM review, factory build support…etc Deliverables include, but not limit to,  CRTM, test / design check report, thermal simulation report, design document for customer approval, inof to Engineering Coordinator (EC) for BOM or document release, …etc JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY REQUIRED Knowledge Airflow / Thermal management of Power supply cooling Heat transfer, fluid and thermodynamics theory Design and manufacture knowledge in heatsink and other thermal solution Skills Proficiency in FloTHERM simulation Proficiency in thermal and wind tunnel verificaiton test Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both Mandarin and English Ability to use 3D modeling program Abilities & Behavior Good initiative Good responsibility

OVERALL, MISSION / PURPOSE Provide technical support and application assistance to our customer in Taiwan on power products for Hyperscale and Enterprise products. Work with Customer sales on design-wins, act as liaison between Engineering, factory and customer.Build long term relationship with customer to understand future needs and define future product specification and share with marketing to create new product generations, which meet broarder customer group forming Artesyn std. products. Manage customer opportunities and maximize product re-usage through standardization. KEY RESULTS AREAS / DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & TIME SPENT ON THE DUTY 1. Technical Account Management for C&S/Consumer for Taiwan ODMs - Support Sales/Customer on product inquiries - Provide assistance on liaison between DE and other internal groups and Enterprise, OEM.ODM accounts - Solve technical/application issues - Support Enterprise and ODM's at requested Co-tests - Act as liaison between Customer and Artesyn XiAn test center and internal teams 2. Design-Win activities at Taiwan ODMs - Support Sales to achieve design wins through technical expertise and regular roadmap updates - Define standard product specification based on platform feedback from Enterprise/ODMs and work with Marketing on possible developments 3. PSG activities - Identify if it is RMA case or NDF - Support Customer on RMA activities  - Act as liaison between Customer and Artesyn factory PSG team and track activities for timely closure 4. Internal Training Activities - Based on gathered application experience, build training material or lesson learned and share with internal team - Prepare annual team training material for important topics beneficial to FAE/DE group - Create Quarterly tailored updates for customers on AE products and MKT technologies - Guide, support and supervise other AE team members to meet corporate target 5. Industry knowledge - Survey C&S and Hyperscale market trends and share with AEI internal groups - Use knowledge to prepare better PPT for promoting AEI products - Use knowledge to define standard product feature set and specification and work with marketing. OVERALL MISSION / PURPOSE Reporting to Taiwan Sales Director. - 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. - Demonstrate account management skill to meet customer expectations / requirements. - Relevant working experience to manage enterprise & hyperscale customer. - Manage the annual revenue goals to achieve major OEM and ODM account penetration, developing ODM-direct opportunities and support Hyperscale business with Taiwan customers. Driving sales and new project to win the targets. - Work closely with CSR & operation team to meet customer demand as well as order fulfillment. - Escalation of business risks to direct report manager with assessment/solutions. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Identifies, qualifies, and pursues sales opportunities at existing and new accounts. Account manager must fully understand program background, forecast demand and end customer information to leverage program opportunities and maximize revenue. 2. Responsible for selling the organization’s products or services to, and maintaining relationships with, existing accounts that are of significant strategic importance to the organization and have an impact on the long-term success of the organization. • Maintain and build up solid relationships with customers, including senior levels • Has capability to create new business account from potential client in Taiwan 3. Able to work with multiple functional teams globally to get appropriate support to the account, which may include Marketing, Operation, Quality, Legal, Program management, Engineering, Safety, Environmental and Customer Support. • Demonstrate leadership & cultivate motivation to the team. • Leads regional FAE and CSR and manages specific key accounts. 4. Penetrates all levels of the assigned account; including in-person meetings. 5. Produces and updates account strategies and tactics. 6. Works closely with AE Marketing and Engineering to ensure rapid response to opportunities and effective solution to customer issues. 7. Takes total ownership to the account. 8. Comply corporate guideline and action in timely manner. Includes but not limited to: DWO weekly update, MBO, smart goals, online training, IT and HR announcement/requirements to all employees. 9. Performs other duties as requested. JOB SPECIFICATION/ COMPETENCY REQUIRED 1. Knowledge • A solid background in electronics/power industry, 8 – 10 years of proven sales achievement selling products into Enterprise/Hyperscale customers. • BSEE or CBA required. MSEE or MBA will be a plus • Fully understand NPI and program management process 2.
