Responsible for achieving business objectives and sales results for NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) and related products, overseeing Sales Representatives. Ensure achievement of sales targets and develop the team through motivation, coaching, selling skills development, and product knowledge advancement. Develops, implements, and manages field sales strategies in collaboration with Marketing team to achieve sales targets for NPWT and related products. 2. Manages the sales team; reviews, evaluates, and monitors performance, utilizing effective coaching and development techniques to build a strong sales organization. 3. Determines staffing levels required and participates in the recruitment and selection of sales personnel. 4. Participates in the development of incentive and compensation plans to drive motivation and achievement of sales and profit goals. 5. Leads the collection and analysis of market data. Leverages both qualitative and quantitative data to develop short- and long-range sales forecasts, budgets, and profit targets. 6. Must possess strategic planning skills, financial acumen, coaching expertise, and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication, organizational management, and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in talent management (recruitment and development of sales teams) is required. Knowledge of working within a matrix sales organization is a plus.
