IT System Support Engineer
We are looking for a IT Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our colleague, he also have to mointer the health of web and database servers through both automated and manual processes.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot software, office netowrking and hardware problems and help colleague.
Your responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections or terminal console to provide immediate support.
Your responsibilities include following standard procedures for proper escalation of emergency server issues to the appropriate internal teams.
You might have to be on call at evenings and weekends to deal with emergency breakdowns, might have to work at weekends when businesses are closed, to install new computer systems.
You might have to configures firewall to protect servers from un-identifed cyber threats.
職務
1. Installs, configures windows operating systems of colleague's personal computer or laptop, follow up with the colleague to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
2. Updates and security patches operating system and software of colleagure's computer , diagnosing and fixing network problems and find hardware or software faults out.
3. Research, understand the root of the problem received from colleague, identify it software or hardware issues, and develop proper solution to resovle it.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues of IT netowrk service of office , including setup and network configuration.
5. Set up user accounts and profiles on the office network system, maintain inventories of hardware and software.
6. Installs, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade office network system hardware and equipment, while ensuring its optimal performance, you will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide colleague training and assistance where required.
7. Prepare accurate and timely reports, and Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
8. Mointer the health of web and database servers via terminal console and automated tools, call support teams as problem rised.
9. Configure, tune firewall rules to response incoming cyber attacks.
