Purpose & general responsibilities of the position: • Deliver the results: work closely with WND team to deliver the budget • Enhance productivity and implementation quality: ensure productivity enhancement and implement WND project with quality Specific responsibilities of the position: • Process Management 1. Work closely with account manager to provide qualified WND service to clients 3. Enhance daily operation process to provide better service to clients • Accounting 1. Make correct invoices and send them to our clients by the agreed dates 2. Check each invoice received from suppliers and ensure the amounts are correct 3. Ensure each payment settled within the agreed timeframe with suppliers and customers and by the company’s set deadline 4. Prepare credit application and ensure each client’s credit application is up to date 5. Produce monthly financial reports timely and accurately 6. Ensure all our assets are tagged properly and perform annual asset count 7.
