Key responsibilities:
1 Daily communicate with BU and OM, support the sales requesting matters
2 Daily solve domestic delivery issues
3 Daily tracking shipment status and reply inquire from BU
4 Daily checking if milestones uploaded into HP internal system
5 Raise ticket if EDI issue
6 Weekly request IPCT team to issue the credit if there's no DMG number in the combined damage report
7 Monthly provide inefficiency Logistics cost report
8 Monthly raise Treasury Payment request for TW11 duty and tax
9 Check and solve POD issue in month end
10 Monthly check the DOA return shipment data and provide the pre-alert to SG warehouse
11 Record retention
12 Monitor transportation performance
Who we are looking for:
• Excellent emergency resolution and cross function collaboration skill to deliver professional service to customers
• Sensitive to customer's needs, and be commercial sense on value added service
• Good analytical, problem-solving and responsible for customer-specific performance monitoring, management, and discussion
