An App Monetization Manager is responsible for developing strategies to generate revenue from Whoscall apps. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through ads and in-app purchases (IAP) while ensuring an excellent user experience. Your work involves defining monetization models, implementing marketing strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Directly own and manage revenue targets, reporting to the Business Unit (BU) Head. 2. Develop and execute app monetization strategies to optimize ad revenue and in-app purchases. 3. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate monetization features into the app. 4. Analyze user data, behavior, and usage patterns to identify monetization opportunities and optimize existing strategies. 5. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve key performance indicators such as eCPM, ARPU, Conversation Rate, Churn Rate, and LTV. 6. Monitor and report on the financial performance of monetization strategies, providing regular updates and insights to senior management. 7. Ensure all monetization practices comply with relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications: 1. At least 3 years of experience in ad and in-app purchase monetization. 2. At least 8 years of experience in product management. 3. Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and various monetization models. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 5. Familiarity with ad networks, mediation platforms, and ad formats. 6. Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques. 7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Analyze salary distribution, bonus allocation, and compensation trends to support strategic decision-making. 4. Design and implement variable compensation schemes, including performance-based bonuses, sales incentives, and project rewards. 5. Strengthen the linkage between performance evaluations and rewards to drive employee motivation and productivity. 6.
