Description This position is a critical support role for the Production and Sourcing team. The Production Coordinator will report to the Seiner Production Manager and will provide support in terms of data governance and reporting to ensure accuracy and increase efficiencies throughout the production process. For the upcoming Fall 2025 season, the Production Coordinator will focus building out a reporting infrastructure that accounts for an everchanging production landscape. 成衣生產： ◆協助資深生產經理檢視 WIP報表，掌握每週變更與交貨更新。 ◆與物流團隊協調，更新並維護準確的運輸時程表及運費成本資料。 ◆檢視布料預計到倉時間與成衣生產時程，確保目標ETD可行。 ◆蒐集並建檔所有供應商入廠文件，追蹤每位供應商的合規要求完成情況。 ◆輸入核准的採購訂單，確保準確且及時執行。 Responsibilities •Finished Goods Production ◆Support the Sr. Production Manager by reviewing WIP reports for weekly changes and delivery updates. ◆Coordinate with the Logistics team to update and maintain accurate transit tables and freight costs. ◆Analyze projected fabric in-house dates and garment lead times to ensure target ETD dates are achievable. ◆Collect and catalog all vendor onboarding documents and track completion of compliance requirements for each vendor. ◆Enter approved purchase orders with an emphasis on accuracy and timely execution. 技能與資格： ◆擁有商業、供應鏈或相關領域的學士學位（或同等學歷）。 ◆至少三年生產與採購相關經驗。 ◆具備良好的分析能力，能有效使用系統與資料檔案以取得所需資訊。 理解從設計、開發到生產的完整流程。 ◆具備專業英文能力，溝通清楚、具邏輯並以結果導向為目標。 ◆能有效掌握季節性時程，並具備良好的團隊合作精神。 ◆熟練操作 MS Office，特別是 Excel。 ◆具備基礎的布料與成衣生產知識尤佳。 ◆理解從設計、開發到生產的完整流程。 ◆有服裝產業相關經驗者優先考慮。 Skills & Qualifications •Requires a BA (or equivalent) in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain or related field. •Minimum three years’ experience in production and sourcing. •Strong analytical skills, ability to leverage systems and files to access data effectively. •Professional working proficiency in English and strong communication skills, clear and concise with the end-result in mind. •Effectively ability to manage to seasonal deadlines and work well in a team environment. •MS Office – Excel skills are a must. •Understanding of design, development and production process from beginning to end. •Basic knowledge of fabric and garment production process preferred. •Relevant experience in the apparel industry preferred.
