This role combines responsibilities across customer onboarding, back-office operations, and broker project management. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, a strong understanding of compliance requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless processes and an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Onboarding: o Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) activities, including PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and sanctions screening, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 2. Operational Support: o in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. o Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely updates on transactions. o Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve related issues or abnormal situations. o Handle complex case types and escalate them to appropriate departments as needed. 3. Project Management and SOP Development: o Assist in launching new products, updating policies, and managing the impacts on various departments. o Create, update, and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, promotions, and operational processes. o Coordinate and support projects aimed at process automation and operational efficiency. o Organize and report data to track performance metrics such as onboarding volume and campaign effectiveness. 4.
