Job Responsibilities: 1. Perform inspection, installation, testing, annual service and repair of electrical and mechanical components for offshore davit cranes according to operating procedures and guidelines. 2. Provide timely documentation and reports to supervisors. 3. Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 4. Carry out pre-assembly operations onshore and other tasks as assigned based on your background and expertise. 5. Work and communicate closely with foreign colleagues, requiring English proficiency. 6. Participate in various company projects and assignments as needed. Job Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. • Education: Associate degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering. • Technical Skills: o Electrical system maintenance and repair. o Mechanical troubleshooting and repair. o Project coordination and problem-solving. • Language Skills: o English: Intermediate proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. • Background: Experience in electrical/mechanical fields is highly preferred. • Flexibility: Must be willing to be deployed to different offshore wind farms as required.
