[Key Objective] As Key Account Manager, Taiwan, you will serve as the business and relationship owner of an assigned portfolio of clients, providing consultative and strategic program guidance to customers. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client portfolio account(s) to include but not limited to client retention, contract negotiation, implementation, financials, business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers and business continuance. [Key Responsibilities] • Meet client retention and account profitability targets. • Increase revenues by means of upselling and cross-selling through a consultative approach, offering solutions based on customer needs. • Manage new business implementation. • Develop and execute business plans, implement key deliverables, and measure results. • Develop, measure, and report on Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. • Create and manage business improvement plans and conduct client business reviews. • Ensure timely settlement of customer payments where required and necessary as per contractual obligation. • Build good working relationships with the Sales & Operations Managers and their respective teams. • Maintain accurate records in the company-designated database – Microsoft Dynamics. • Provide a monthly report to the Head of Account Management on key achievements, activities, focus areas, and requirements for your region. • Any task as delegated by management. [What We’re Looking For] • Experience: 3 to 5+ years in account management, client success, or related roles (experience with professional services providers preferred; TMC experience is a strong plus). • Account Growth: Proven ability to manage and grow large accounts, achieving measurable results. • Conflict Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mediate and resolve conflicts professionally. • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Can-Do Attitude: Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in overcoming challenges. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
