Introduction: GMI Cloud is seeking an experienced Senior IT Engineer to lead the management of internal IT systems, define company-wide IT security standards, and oversee system security audits for GMI Cloud’s IDC operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing ISO27001 or SOC2 frameworks and a proven ability to ensure compliance across complex IT environments. Key Responsibilities: -Plan, implement, and manage GMI Cloud’s internal IT systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security. -Develop and enforce company-wide IT security policies and guidelines to safeguard data and systems. -Lead the ISO27001 or SOC2 certification process, from gap analysis to successful certification and maintenance. -Conduct regular system security audits for GMI Cloud’s internal IT systems and IDC environments to identify and mitigate risks. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices across all IT operations. -Design and oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure resilience in the face of cyber threats or system failures. -Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with GMI Cloud’s IT security requirements. -Provide training and guidance to teams on IT security policies, standards, and incident response protocols. -Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and advise on proactive measures to protect company assets

The Role: As a Sourcing Manager at GMI Cloud, you will be a key player in ensuring we have the resources needed to dominate the AI infrastructure market. You will be responsible for developing and executing aggressive sourcing strategies, negotiating fiercely with suppliers, and building a world-class supply chain that is both agile and cost-effective. We need a Sourcing Manager who is willing to take ownership, drive results, and make things happen. Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement bold sourcing strategies for key categories, including hardware (GPUs, servers, networking), software, and cloud services, with a focus on securing a competitive advantage. Supplier Negotiation: Lead aggressive negotiations with suppliers to achieve best-in-class pricing, terms, and conditions. You will be expected to push back on suppliers and drive for maximum value. Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and implement innovative ways to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with key suppliers, but always prioritize GMI Cloud's interests and be prepared to make tough decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and other teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs and ensure seamless execution. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, new suppliers, and potential disruptions, and proactively adapt sourcing strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of proven experience in strategic sourcing, preferably in the technology or cloud computing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels and leverage internal resources. A track record of delivering significant cost savings and supply chain improvements. Exceptional negotiation skills and a relentless drive to secure the best possible deals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. A "get it done" attitude and a passion for driving result. Bilingual （mandarin must）
