Job description: • Create design concepts of product packaging that is sustainable, cost effective, and positively impacts the customer experience. • Collaborate with team on packaging design development, provide vocational ideas and solutions to accomplish a design proposal • Define proper pack plans for the product and its accessories, implement packaging structure design. • Define packaging reliability verification plan and criteria. Analyze the result and have ability to do trouble shooting. • Communicate with vendor and give suggestions to ensure packaging quality and development schedule is controlled. Minimum Qualifications: • Logical thinking / Proactive personality. • Effective communication and time management skills. • 3+ years of experience in development of packaging structure design. • Experienced using 2D: AutoCAD / Illustrator. • Experienced using 3D: Rhino or Solidworks or ProE / Keyshot. • Knowledge of material processing for pulp tray, cardboard, blister, gift box, carton and all types of printing • Knowledge of a wide variety of packaging styles, types, and materials. • Knowledge of reliability tests. Preferred Qualifications: • Industrial design background • Leadership in projects

Job Description: • GN Gaming T1 overall performance management. • Key contact windows on commercial & cost topics between GN and T1. • Lead & support RFQ / T1 award management activities • Drive annual CR (Cost Reduction) for MP projects, includes both Materials and Manufacturing (LOP) review & negotiation. • MP project management - QBR Price Update & tackle commercial issue • Maintain, update and provide the monthly scorecard (KPI) • Investigate and motivate for cost effective design and manufacturability through mapping of value/cost opportunities related to production. • Regular suppliers visit & reduce product supply uncertainty and risk • Successfully manage your stakeholders to ensure commitment to achieve best product cost. • Evaluate/seek opportunity on review or optimize procedure/process flow. • Lead and support GN Global Operation initiatives and priorities on program base (i.e. Out of China program) • Support reporting and database management Educational background: • Business background or Engineer background within mechanics, electronics, manufacturing or similar are preferred • 5-7 years’ experience in consumer electronics or gaming industry, familiar with Gaming products such as headset, keyboard, mice, etc. with at least 5+ years in a similar role (on T1 Supplier Management)
