Job Responsibilities • Lead the Sales Team effectively. • Oversee sales staff in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and orders. • Track sales progress and assist with forecasting efforts. • Manage marketing activities and product representation. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Follow up on submitted information and outstanding requests. • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed established objectives. • Conduct prospecting activities to identify qualified leads for new business development. • Utilize a consultative sales strategy to overcome client objections and maximize sales within assigned territories (local and overseas). • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the community to foster new business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored sales presentations for specific accounts. • Deliver formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts. • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities to ensure proper reporting. • Willingness to travel locally and internationally. • Report directly to the Operations Manager (Taiwan Branch). • Work closely with the Engineering team. Job Requirements • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. • Master degree qualification preferred. • 5+ year of sales experience, ideally within the Biopharmaceutical, Software or consulting firm. • Strong sales track record of consistently exceeding quotas. • Experienced in expanding business, growing market share and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager is a plus. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel. • Excellent administration skills. • Good eye for detail. • Well presented.

• Working in a biotech environment as a consultant for various clients • Completing work assignments as specified by the Validation Project Manager • Providing timely updates to the Validation Project Manager • Working closely with clients on various projects and various GMP facilities to help clients with validation issues • Keep clients’proprietary information confidential • Executing Validation Protocols such as IQ, OQ and PQs • Calibrating Thermocouples for Temperature Mapping Studies • Calculating and interpreting of collected data from validation studies • Generating Validation Summary Reports and Standard Operating Procedures • Create Validation Risk Assessments • Perform maintenance and calibration activity of testing instrument • Learning new ideas, techniques and systems • 擔任生技產業客戶之顧問並提供專業服務 • 完成確效專案經理交辦之確效工作並即時回報 • 與客戶密切合作，協助解決各種項目和GMP設施與設備的確效問題 • 保護客戶之機密資訊 • 執行確效方案，如IQ、OQ和PQ • 溫度分佈測繪儀器之準備與校正 • 計算和解釋確效研究中所收集的數據 • 撰寫確效總結報告和標準作業程序 • 建立確效風險評估 • 執行測試儀器的維護和校正活動 • 學習新觀念、新技術和新系統

• Support required detail-oriented configuration of software products • Draft and execute test scripts, test cases, and test plans • Configure proof of concept demonstrations to adapt eQMS to necessary needs • Support software requirements analysis, customizations, enhancements, integrations and production deployments of customers/partners • Work closely and collaboratively with Project Manager, Technical Engineer, and Operations Manager to ensure high-quality implementation, on-time delivery • Interface with internal stakeholders for technical support • Problem-solve and creatively apply own self to translating quality business requirements to eQMS • Comply with, maintain, and improve internal quality systems • Participate in ongoing technical support, training, and service • Perform and support critical software system validation with an eye for detail and rigid application of best practices and procedures • Collaborate with software implementation team nationally and internationally during software implementation • Support technical presentations, in collaboration with internal sales team • Maintain existing good business relationships with key clients and business partners • 原廠軟體產品導入與配置 • 撰寫並執行測試腳本、測試案例和測試計畫 • 配置概念驗證示範，調整eQMS以滿足必要需求 • 支援軟體需求分析、客製化、增強、整合及客戶/合作夥伴的生產部署 • 與專案經理、技術工程師和運營經理緊密合作，確保高品質的實施和準時交付 • 與公司內部團隊接洽，提供技術支援 • 解決問題並運用創意思維將業務需求轉化為eQMS解決方案 • 遵守、維護並改善內部品質系統 • 參與持續的技術支援、訓練和服務 • 執行並支援關鍵軟體系統驗證，注重細節並嚴格遵循最佳方式和程序 • 在軟體導入過程中，與國內外的軟體導入團隊合作 • 支援技術簡報，並與內部銷售團隊合作 • 維護關鍵客戶和業務夥伴現有的良好業務關係
